This studio is located on the 13th floor of a building right in front of Plaza de Callao. Its unbeatable location and stunning city views make it the perfect place to call home in Madrid, whether you're here to rest, work or study in the capital.
The space includes a double bed, a cozy sitting area with a flat-screen TV (ideal for enjoying a good movie after a long day of work or study), and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, ceramic hob, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, washing machine, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery.
The bathroom features a shower, free toiletries, a hairdryer and an iron. Bed linen, towels and free Wi-Fi are also provided so you can feel at home from day one.
It’s the perfect place for a medium or long-term stay in one of the most lively and well-connected areas of the city, surrounded by supermarkets, traditional and trendy bars, popular restaurants, shopping centers and gyms.

The nearest metro stations are:Metro Callao (lines 3 and 5): Right in front of the apartment building.
Metro Santo Domingo (line 2): 2 minutes walking from the apartment.
Metro Gran Vía (lines 1 and 5): 4 minutes walking from the apartment.

Vacanza stupenda! L’appartamento è molto carino, nel pieno centro di Madrid. Gli host ci hanno offerto tutto l’indispensabile per passare qualche giorno in città comodamente. L’appuntamento si trova al tredicesimo piano e gode infatti di una bella vista su Madrid. Lo spazio è decisamente piccolo ma sufficiente per una breve permanenza. Servizio impeccabile!

Had an amazing stay! The room was very accurate to what was presented online and hosts were very communicative and helpful! Highly recommend for a few days visit to Madrid, especially if you want to be city center and within walking distance of practically anything!

Very good, albeit small, place to stay for short visit
We were happy with our stay (3 nights). Very good location, primarily because the Callou Metro stops is only steps away. Also many restaurants within walking distance. 13 floor room is high enough where street noise not a problem. Bathroom/shower is super small, smaller than bathrooms in cruise ships ... but a small inconvenience.

This apartment has the perfect central location and is super easy to locate! Even though it is on the busiest street in Centro Madrid, the room itself is quiet, away from all the city noise. It has an elevator in case you need. The host has all the basic necessities as well has dining and cooking utensils. If you’re looking to be right by all the sights in Madrid, this is the perfect place!
