Very comfortable villa close to beautiful beaches

We (6 persons) spent 2 wonderful late-summer weeks in Santa Teresa di Gallura. Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming and made our stay a pleasure. The villa is really spacious, tastefully furnished and very well equipped (great kitchen!). Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is very comfortable. You can also rent bedclothes and towels for a reasonable price. What we enjoyed very much were the long evenings on the large veranda, having dinner, watching the moonrise... Many beautiful beaches are nearby and you have the choice of all the right places for bathing, snorkeling, or surfing. If you like walking, there is a nice costal path you can stroll along south for hours - so make sure that someone picks you up then ;-)

Great villa in magnificent surroundings

We (6 persons) spent 2 splendid late summer weeks in Santa Teresa di Gallura! Patrizia and her husband are very nice and welcoming and made our time in Santa Teresa di Gallura a pleasant stay. They also had lots of recommendations for us to discover the Gallura region. The villa is spacious, tastefully decorated and fully equipped (great kitchen!). Each sleeping room has its own bathroom which is indeed comfortable. But in particular, we enjoyed spending our evenings on the large veranda, having dinner, watching the stars... From the villa, it's only a short drive to the diversity of fantastic beaches at the Gallura coast. No matter if you like swimming, snorkelling or surfing, beach bars or rather calm spots, you will find the perfect place. In the inland, charming villages and beautiful natural landscapes are nearby. I also recommend to make a boat trip to the wonderful Maddalena archipelago or to Corsica and visit Bonifacio - don't miss and enjoy!

Sehr schönes Haus für Gruppe

Das Haus ist sehr schön und entspricht der Beschreibung. Da jedes der vier Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Badezimmer verfügt, ist es sehr gut für Gruppen mit mehreren Familien geeignet. Das Ausstattung ist komplett und bietet alles Notwendige. Lediglich die in der Nähe verlaufende Straße ist etwas zu hören.

SOGGIORNO GRADEVOLE

VILLA INDIPENDENTE di olre 200 mq su due livelli. L'immobile dal vivo appare addirittura meglio che in foto. la posizione è strategica per raggiungere il paese ma anche per la spiaggia a circa 1 km di distanza.

una indimenticabile vacanza in Gallura

la nostra permanenza è stata piacevolissima e rigenerante. la proprietaria Patrizia ci ha fatto sentire completamente a nostro agio ed è sempre stata disponibile. la struttura è completa di tutto e tutte le attrezzature sono in quantità molto maggiori degli occupanti dimostrando una cura per gli ospiti. senza dubbio da consigliare Edoardo e amici

Prachtige vakantiewoning vlak aan zee

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in de vakantiewoning van Patrizia en haar echtgenoot. De woning is rustig gelegen aan de kustweg van Santa Teresa Gallura naar Sassari en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Elke slaapkamer is voorzien van een eigen badkamer en airco en voor een grotere groep is er voldoende zitruimte, zowel binnen als buiten. Wij troffen de woning heel schoon aan bij aankomst, en zelfs een gevulde fruitschaal ontbrak niet. Late aankomst was geen probleem, er werd op ons gewacht. Communicatie met de eigenaren verliep probleemloos en correct. Als je op zoek bent naar privacy in een mooie omgeving is deze vakantiewoning zeer aan te bevelen.

spledida casa di "campagna" a due passi dal mare

Una casa di 230 metri quadri con tutti i confort: 4 camere ciascuna con bagno e aria condizionata, un salone enorme, arredata sobriamente con mobili bianchi semplici e rilassanti alla vista ... con la tranquillità di essere immersi nella campagna gallurese ma allo stesso tempo vicinissimi alla spiaggia di "rena majore" Un paradiso dove rilassarsi veramente dopo una giornata passata sulle meravigliose spiagge della zona (su tutte : "la licciola"). La proprietaria Patrizia cordiale e sempre disponibile per qualunque necessità . Il massimo per una vacanza con famiglia in Gallura.

struttura meravigliosa immersa nella natura

Struttura di recentissima realizzazione, arredata con gusto e con arredi e suppellettili di pregio. Ambienti molto ampi e luminosi, dotata di ogni comfort. Ampio, luminoso ed accogliente open space al piano terra (cucina dotata di tutto, soggiorno e salotto con camino), 4 spaziose camere da letto (ciascuna dotata di bagno) al piano di sopra. All'esterno, sul davanti, spazio coperto attrezzato per il relax: tavoli e sedie in legno, magnifica panca realizzata da un tronco di carrubo, barbecue. Sul retro area solarium dotata di lettini. Circondata da macchia profumatissima. A 1 km da Rena Maiore e a 5 km da Santa Teresa di Gallura. Spiaggia a un chilometro, vicinissima ad area commerciale (supermercato, pescheria, etc). Struttura superconsigliata!!!

Très jolie maison indépendante, décorée avec soin, très spacieuse et très confortable (1 salle de bain par chambre), disposant de tous les équipements (climatisation, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, barbecue, terrasse aménagée etc...). La maison est située à quelques minutes en voiture de magnifiques plages, du centre de Santa Teresa et des commerces (boulangerie, supermarché...). Un grand merci à Patrizia pour ses conseils, sa disponibilité, ainsi que son accueil discret et chaleureux à la fois. Nous avons passé 10 jours fabuleux. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse!!!
