The elevators were a nightmare!

We’ve been going to PCB for 7 or 8 years now. I’ve never had anything stolen till now. I know it’s not the resorts fault but when I talked to the security he literally could care less, even told me at one point “ So do you wanna make a report or not! Also the elevators were a Big problem waiting 10 - 15 mins for an elevator is just annoying.

Never come back again

This condo was too expensive to not be well cleaned. The cups were covered in syrup, the room was still dusty and the floor was as sandy as the beach downstairs. As bad as those were, it does not compare to the atrocity that is the elevator system. I have never seen one so slow. It wastes the little time we have on vacation just waiting. We spent 2 hours trying to leave, an hour and a half of that was just waiting for an elevator. I will not be coming back.

Filthy

Filthy upon arrival. Clearly rugs hadn't been vacuumed. There were crumbs and sand everywhere. One of the toilets barely flushed and we had to lift the lid daily to fix it. Dust visible throughout. It looked like someone spent maybe 10 min picking after the previous occupants left. We spent half our vacation waiting to get on an elevator 😡😡 finally after the second day we just started using the hot stuffy stairs. The longest we waited for an elevator was 30 min due to one of our kids was on crutches and we had no choice. Ridiculous. Atleast have some fans out there if you're gonna make ppl wait 30 min for elevators. Will never stay here again. Keep looking
