Villa located in Competa, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This gorgeous villa is located in a small property filled with olive and almond trees, near the Natural Park of Sierras Tejeda y Almijara, whose lush vegetation you can spot from the house. Here, you will soak up a relaxing atmosphere, pure and fresh air in a quiet environment where the contact with nature is over the top. However, you won't have to give up the facilities you are used to.

The villa has two bedrooms decorated with rustic-style furniture, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, for which up to 4 people can accommodate in this villa. The luminous interior also has a dining-living room with fireplace and satellite TV, which allows you to enjoy a wide variety of international channels. A completely equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub complete this villa's equipment. The whole house has warm/cool AC to keep a desired temperature throughout the year, regardless of the season.

The outdoor area features a private pool and a private parking lot, in addition to a porch overlooking the Sierra and even the Mediterranean Sea. From this porch, you will also be able to enjoy spectacular sunsets. The garden houses a wide range of flowers and plants, such as vines, prickly pear, fig and aloe vera; and trees such as pines, almond and lemon trees.

The surrounding fields are covered in vines, olive yards and almond trees, and even new subtropical cultures such as the avocado and mango, which paint the area with a vivid green colour.

We loved the relaxing and peaceful location of this property. It was exactly what we were looking for. The outside space was large with different areas to enjoy - the pool with sun loungers, an outside dining area and also a lounging area. It was so quiet and the view was amazing. It is a rural campo location so yes access is via a windy road up from Torrox and narrower roads once at Competa but the roads were no problem at all - definitely worth it if you are looking for a quiet location with lovely views. It was great to be able to bring our dog who enjoyed the garden areas also. The property is well equipped with everything you would need for a self catering holiday. It was clean with all furniture and appliances well maintained.

Das Ferienhaus ist toll und komplett ausgestattet. Es ist wunderbar ruhig und die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Es gab viele Wespen am Pool, was nicht sehr angenehm war. Aber es war schön, draußen zu sitzen. Die Straßen sind manchmal eng und kurvenreich, sogar bis zum Ferienhaus. Aber alles verlief reibungslos.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, der Besitzer war aufmerksam, saubere Unterkunft, der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Straßen mit Kurven sehr gefährlich sind. Aber das hielt uns nicht davon ab, die umliegenden Städte zu besuchen, an den Strand zu gehen, der nicht weit vom Haus entfernt ist, die lokale Gastronomie zu entdecken, herumzulaufen, alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Das Äußere des Hauses ist sehr angenehm und das Innere auch (alles Notwendige für den Urlaub ist da). Achtung, leiden Sie nicht an Reisekrankheit in den Bergen, um das Haus zu erreichen.

Das Haus, der Pool, die Aussicht und die Umgebung im Allgemeinen gut. Obwohl es mit Arbeit verbunden ist, könnte es etwas mehr Garten (Rasen) gebrauchen, auch mehr Verdunkelungsvorhänge. Der Grill darf wegen Brandgefahr nicht benutzt werden, verständlich, aber nicht in der Werbung. Die 18 km zum Strand werden durch die Bergstraße ewig gemacht, es ist der Preis, in Zeiten von Covid Menschenmassen zu vermeiden. Da der Kühlschrank groß ist, können Sie einen neugierigen Einkauf tätigen und vermeiden, einkaufen zu gehen.

Ein schönes Haus mit allem, was Sie im Urlaub brauchen, wenn Sie an einem ruhigen Ort sein möchten und nicht zu weit von Geschäften entfernt sein möchten, in denen Sie Ihre täglichen Einkäufe erledigen können. Den Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer haben wir als sehr angenehm erlebt. Wenn wir dachten, etwas sei nicht da, hat er dafür gesorgt, dass es sofort geliefert wurde. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Der Pool wird auch zweimal pro Woche gereinigt und überprüft. Wenn wir diese Gegend wieder besuchen, werden wir dorthin zurückkehren.

Als je deze woning huurt wil je eigenlijk niet meer weg. Rustig maar niet afgelegen gelegen. Prachtig uitzicht en heel veel privacy. Ligt echt in de bergen bereikbaar via goede maar zeer bochtige weg. Op een paar minuten rijden ligt het gezellige dorpje Competa. De woning zelf is eenvoudig ingericht maar wel compleet en schoon. Je eigen zwembad is een luxe. Zeker een aanrader

Village perché à 25mn de l'autoroute, la route pour y accéder est en très bon état mais ça tourne beaucoup ;) LA maison dispose d'une belle vue sur la montagne et un peu sur la mer, elle n'a pas de vis à vis, ce qui est très appréciable pour une intimité parfaite. Les équipements sont corrects et suffisants, la maison est en très bon état, grande piscine mais l'aménagement autour n'est pas finalisée, la présence des graviers n'est pas fonctionnelle. Le village de Competa est à 5mn en voiture et est très joli, on peut y faire ses courses et y manger

La casa, la piscina, las vistas y el entorno en general bien. Aunque suponga trabajo, le vendría bien un poco más de jardín (césped), también cortinas más opacas. La barbacoa no se puede utilizar por riesgo de incendio, entendible, pero que no se ponga en el anuncio. Los 18 km hasta la playa, se hacen eternos por la carretera de montaña, es el precio de evitar aglomeraciones en tiempo de covid. Como la nevera es grande, puedes hacer una compra curiosa y evitar bajar a comprar.

Está todo muy bien equipado, limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de relax sin preocuparse de nada...No dudaría en repetir!! Ha sido una experiencia muy recomendable, tanto por el sitio como por sus alrededores y su gastronomía.

Das Haus war sehr komfortabel für uns, mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um sich für ein paar Tage auszuruhen und zu trennen. Beeindruckende Lage. Privileg der Ansichten. Außerdem genießen Sie absolute Privatsphäre, da das Haus weder von der Straße noch von einem nahe gelegenen Punkt aus sichtbar ist. Tolles Baden in diesem Pool mit Blick auf die Berge. Das Haus verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, die zu den zentralen Tageszeiten im August erforderlich ist, aber nicht besonders heiß ist. Tolle Veranda zum Frühstück und Abendessen im Sommer. Großer Fernseher und WLAN für diejenigen, die mit der Außenwelt in Kontakt bleiben möchten. Es wäre gut, noch einen Regenschirm im Pool zu haben. Alles ist sehr vorsichtig und sowohl Antonio als auch die Mitarbeiter, die für die Pflege des Pools verantwortlich sind, sind sehr freundlich. Sie müssen davon ausgehen, dass die Straße, die zur Küste führt, eine halbe Stunde lang kurvenreich ist. Aber für uns hat es sich gelohnt. Competa ist eine wunderschöne andalusische Stadt und es gibt viel zu wissen in der Gegend.

Les alentours sont faciles d'accès et les plages magnifiques. L'hôte est très sympathique et disponible ! Nous recommendons sans hésiter !

Super schöne Aussicht, sauberes, einfach - aber mit allem Notwendigen + mehr :) - ausgestattetes Haus. Der Eigentümer ist super nett und hilfbereit, jederzeit erreichbar! Mit Kind + Hund, Anfahrt mit WoMo + Parken - alles kein Problem! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, vielen Dank an Antonio!!!
