This gorgeous villa is located among pine trees and century-old oaks, a few metres from the Natural Park of the Sierras Tejeda y Almijara.

It is blessed with splendid views over the valley of the river Güi and the Mediterranean Sea, which can be seen from its private pool and from the viewpoint of the terraces. It features an outdoor dining area located under a lush pine tree and, specifically, in a former limekiln whose ground floor welcomes a small wine-minibar. Here, you can choose among a rich variety of wines at very reasonable prices.

As soon as you cross the entrance door, you will come across a dining-living room with a gorgeous fireplace, a satellite TV broadcasting international channels, and a spacious open kitchen. The hallway leads to the other rooms. The villa has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite with shower, and two with two single beds each, and it can accommodate up to six people. There is one more bathroom with bathtub at disposal of the guests. This villa is equipped with warm/cool AC, to ensure the interior the perfect temperature throughout the year.

The surrounding fields, as far as the eye can see, are covered by traditional crops such as grapes, olives and almonds; and also for new subtropical crops (planted from a few decades ago thanks to the mild climate of this area), such as avocado and mango, which give a fresh green intense color to the whole area.
