The perfect apartment

Two groups of family joined me at different times during my 3 weeks here. Apartment is magnificent and perfectly maintained. The location is just steps away from all the major sights, great restaurants, etc. Host Michele was very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend!!!

The perfect place in Florence

Our two adult sons, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in This lovely apartment. The beds were large and nearly the size of American Kings. 3 full baths and a lovely kitchen and living room. You are just steps away from the heart of Florence. Your location could t be any better. Michele was an amazingly gracious host, meeting us there to walk us through the property, show us around and help orient us to the city. Amazing hospitality!

Wonderful apartment near the Duomo!

Everything was wonderful, just like the pictures. There were 5 adults in our party - my wife & me, our adult daughter, our adult son & his wife. The 3 bedrooms & bathrooms worked great for our group! Great kitchen & living areas. The beds were comfy & the bathrooms nice. Michele was great in communications & very patient with our numerous flight changes / arrival time changes. He even came to help us get our luggage down the steps when we had to leave. Overall a great accommodation & we will look for it on our next trip. Thank you!

Lovely, large apartment

This apartment is quite spacious and works well for two families (we had seven people total). There are tons of beds and having three full bathrooms is great. The apartment is steps away from major tourist sites. Michele is an amazing host -- responsive and helpful. We did have some noise late at night from people coming back from bars, and early morning from vendors rolling out metal carts for the market. The apartment overall could benefit from more furniture -- there is not a desk in the apartment anywhere, and luggage racks or dressers in the bedrooms would be useful. Would definitely recommend!

WOW! Amazing apartment in the heart of Florence!

WOW! This apartment is gorgeous!! Everything is seemingly new and impeccably clean! Michele was the most gracious and welcoming host! As we arrived he was waiting at the door for us to waste no time. He took time to give us his wonderful restaurant recommendations, and poured us water on our arrival. Left us a bottle of wine to enjoy and and supplies for our morning coffee. No detail was left without thought! The apartment fit our family of 6 adults very comfortably. The beds were so comfortable and the common space large. The location is so convenient to everything in Florence! When we checked out we wanted to spend the day in Florence. Michele allowed us to store our luggage until the next party arrived and then took us to a storage unit near by for the rest of the day and called us a cab for later that day! He went above and beyond! We will definitely stay here again and suggest this apartment to all our friends!

A Great Find

Michele was definitely a super host and his actions showed his commitment to helping us enjoy our visit to Florence and our stay at his apartment. He was available and responsive to our inquiries before our trip and upon arrival, greeted us, and spent time familiarizing us with the apartment and its location to various sites. He had maps, brochures and cards available to help us with our choices. His newly remodeled apartment also reflected this commitment for it was a comfortable, pleasant and a clean place for guests to stay. Not only were we provided with basic bathroom, kitchen and cleaning supplies but there was available an ample supply of dishware, glasses and silverware. We found this apartment a restful retreat after a day of site seeing. It was roomy and spacious for the four of us. Michele's apartment is in a quiet location and within easy walking distance to major sites, restaurants and gelato shops. It is on the second floor, third floor US, with no elevator, but this was not a problem for us. We enjoyed meeting Michele and staying at his apartment. His caring continued until the last day when he arranged a taxi pick up for us, helped load our baggage and waved us goodbye.

The apartment was everything and more!

The host was exceptional- the location was perfect! The moment we walked in we wanted to cancel our reservations at our hotel and finish our vacation there! Truly a wonderful experience for us! We will definitely bring our family back!
