Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Seascape both in Ariel Dunes and Majestic Sun. The location of the unit is great but it needs serious updating. The bed linens were torn, the unit was dirty, the clothes dryer was rusty, the dishes in the cabinet had food crusted on them, the walls were all dinged up.....the list goes on. Will stay at Seascape again but definitely not in this unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and comfortable. Location was great. Decor was dated as well as appliances. Dishes and cooking utensils were lacking. One elevator was broken the entire stay. Cleaning crew swarmed the complex at the same time everyone was checking out and monopolized the elevator causing us to have to wait 30 mins to get luggage cart down just one floor. Overall good stay just needs some updating in condo.

Indoor heated pool was a hit. The only drawbacks were the gnat swarm that lived in the kitchen and the dust that seemed to be everywhere.

My family and i love the property but really disliked that unit. The place smelled bad the furniture was so old and smelled, the unit is dark at night bc there isn't enough light in there. Who ever the owner is spend the minimum on this unit.There were roaches in the unit. If anyone is going to stay in Majestic Sun do not rent unit 213B

Amazing Ocean View

Reviewer Comments: Majestic Sun is the closest building to the ocean at Seascape. This condo 213B has a great view and is on the Western most end of the building above a beach shop. So no noise from the neighbors downstairs. The location is great and just a short walk across Scenic Hwy 98 to the beach. Traffic noise definitely drowns out the ocean sound during the day, so late at night is the best time to listen to the waves. The property at Seascape is very nice, clean and well manicured. The indoor pool is a nice option to take a break from the sun and cool off. It was not heated in July, so the water was about 70 degrees! The outdoor pool was nice but very busy so we opted to use the indoor one to take a quick dip after leaving the beach each day. As far as the condo 213B goes, it could use a facelift and some updating. The living room furniture and dining furniture have a very worn and dated look. It is not comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Overall the cleanliness of the condo was not great. There was hair in the floor in the bathrooms and toothpaste/spit stains on the bathroom faucets when we arrived. The dishes in the cabinet had dried food on them so we ended up washing all the dishes before we used them. The laundry room (which overall was great to have) smelled of sewer the whole time we were there. I mentioned it to maintenance but they did not seem to think it was unusual. We did have an issue with the garbage disposal not working and maintenance came right up to fix it for us. The showers didn’t drain well. We do not plan to stay at this condo again and hope that these comments will encourage both the owner and housekeeping to make some changes.

Smell of sewage or backed up water came from behind the washer and you could here water dripping by the unit. We just keep the door closed to laundry area, sprayed air freshener and burned candles.

Tyler was very helpful when we needed to call for room information when we arrived. Our condo was very dated and needed updated. The walls were dirty with scratches and dirt/debris. The beds were very hard and kept us from getting a good nights sleep along with the sheets were very worn and rough.

Birthday week getaway

The location was great!! The condo had a beautiful view to the beach and it was so spacious. It was very convenient that the beach was right across the street. The master bedroom needs a new bed, it was so uncomfortable and wobbly. The pillows also need to be replaced, I wished we had decent sheets and a nice comforter for the price we paid for our stay. The sofa was really out dated, not like the one shown in the picture. The kitchen was stock up with all the utensils that are needed but I’m glad I always bring my own utensils when we travel. It was great that the condo had its own washer and dryer because it helped wash the wet clothes daily. I wished we had a broom to sweep the dirt we brought in from the beach. Grocery store was down the block as well as other convenient stores. We enjoyed our stay over all.
