All yours bright and airy, 3 bedroom home situated on the edge of Wareham Forest

All yours bright and airy, 3 bedroom family home situated on the outskirts of the market town of Wareham, the gateway to the Isle of Purbeck. Spacious, light filled and quiet. Perfect for a lovely getaway to Dorset. Suitable for everyone, walkers, golfers, families and couples. Wareham Golf Course is just a few metres away and Wareham Forest on our doorstep, just follow the farm track over the road! Ideal for those wanting to go for bike rides or get back to nature and unwind, before relaxing with a beer or glass of wine under the stars after a great meal at one of the local pubs. There is a play park just 50 m from the house also.
Ground Floor: Bathroom with toilet and hand basin, Fully equipped Kitchen with built in dishwasher, fridge freezer and Microwave, Range cooker, crockery etc. Large Lounge with tv with Freeview leading into large Dining room with table and 6 chairs. Bifold folding doors onto large patio area with seating and bbq. Garage area - Washing Machine, Hoover, High Chair, travel cot, baby changing mat, baby bath and space for Bikes, push chairs, golf clubs etc.
First Floor: Family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin, towel rail. 3 good size double bedrooms all with double beds, chest of drawers and hanging space. Bedroom 2 with tv. All towels and linens provided along with toiletries in the bathroom.
Gas central Heating, Gas, electric, WIFI. Parking for 2 cars on drive and also off road parking FOC. Welcome pack included, No smoking permitted indoors.
There are a wide variety of shops, restaurants and pubs as well as supermarkets, takeaways and even a cinema located in Wareham just a short walk or drive away.
Not far from the house is Wareham Train station and also bus stops so not having transport would not be a problem. Just a short drive from our house you will come to the Jurassic Coast where you will find the breathtaking Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. There are also plenty of beaches to explore, Swanage, Studland, Bournemouth, Weymouth, Arne and Poole. Durlston Country Park where you may see Dolphins in the Bay. The Steam Railway from Norden or Corfe Castle to Swanage, Also just a short drive away are Monkey World and The Tank Museum famous for its TankFest every year!
Wareham Quay and River are not far where you can hire a kayak or small boat or even sit back and relax whilst you are taken on a steam paddleboat tour of Wareham river. Of course you could bring your own paddle board too to explore but these can also be hired from Wareham Boat hire.
There are so many walks to enjoy, coastal paths and hikes you will be absolutely spoilt for choice.
For those rainy days there is Wareham Sports Centre where you can go swimming, or Tower Park Leisure complex.
There really is so much to see and do, your visit to Dorset will be a memorable one.

Paul works for a local company in Corfe Castle and Claire is always busy looking after our 2 children and taking care of all the day to day jobs. Claire previously worked as an account manager at Celebration Crackers making beautiful handmade bespoke Christmas crackers. We have always enjoyed travelling and love staying in beautiful places. Lovers of food, family time and all things outdoors. We are always on hand to ensure you have an amazing holiday.

Why they chose this property

I grew up In Corfe Castle and moved to Wareham when i was 17. I have always loved the area due to its surrounding natural beauty. We are so lucky to be surrounded by the Jurassic Coast and all it has to offer plus many places of outstanding natural beauty, historic places and of course the gorgeous sandy beaches. Located in Wareham we are pretty much a 15-20 minute drive to all the main attractions plus Wareham is just a short walk away to be able to enjoy all it has to offer with its shops, pubs, bars, restaurants and so much more. Dorset will always be my home and i love to be able to share our home with you to enjoy all it has to offer.
