Perfect environment for those who are not satisfied with a simple accommodation but want to experience their vacation in Venice as if it were their own home. The house is located in the area of Castello that borders the San Marco district. The house, despite being in a very busy area, is a haven of serenity and tranquility because it is located in a private courtyard with "real well". It is immersed in the most interesting crossroads of art, culture and gastronomy in Venice, located in a strategic point, behind Piazza San Marco. The structure, large and bright, can accommodate up to 7 people. Divided into: a living area on the mezzanine floor with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, an oven, dishes, pots and a coffee machine; while on the first floor the sleeping area has two bedrooms each with a double bed and a single bed, wardrobes, bedside tables and comfortable mattresses, to ensure a good rest. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, iron. The large bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, are complete with a toilet, bidet and hairdryer. Double services are a surplus that few facilities are able to offer. The guest can enjoy plenty of space for company. Popular nearby attractions include Piazza San Marco, the Rialto Bridge, La Fenice Theater. This area is a favorite with travelers because it is right in the heart of Venice. It is a great choice for visiting museums and the historic center. You reach the spaces of the Biennale in 10 minutes on foot. You can easily walk around the ancient streets, unchanged over the centuries, or climb aboard a gondola to cross its canals, known throughout the world.
The accommodation is surrounded by shops, supermarkets, greengrocers and small restaurants, where you can taste Venetian specialties.
Transportation, ACTV water buses, can be reached in three minutes. From here it is possible to move, in a short time, also to the island of Murano, famous for its glass processing, and the characteristic and colorful island of Burano with its lace.
It is very well connected to the Marco Polo Airport by Alilaguna or private motorboats.

This place is the best!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Anitta is a delightful lady who went above and beyond to make our stay in Venice perfect! The location was great and very close to everything! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Venetian home.

Lovely home and location. We would have like extra towels since it rained and we were soaked, but that had no bearing on the hosts. They were just wonderful.

Großartiges Haus im Herzen von Venedig

Dies ist ein schönes altes Haus mitten im Zentrum von Venedig, man kann von der Biennale bis zum Markusplatz alles bestens zu Fuß erreichen. Und wenn man sich ausruhen möchte, hat man es in den kleinen Gassen und hinten heraus auf den Kanal trotzdem absolut ruhig. Das Haus ist an einem kleinen Innenhof gelegen, und es ist ein besonderes Vergnügen, wenn man wie ein Einheimischer aus der kleinen Gasse heraus das Tor hinter sich schließen kann, während andere Touristen einem neugierig hinterher schauen. Das Haus geht zur anderen Seite auf einen kleinen Kanal hinaus und ist richtig verwunschen und schön. Innen ist alles wie beschrieben und gibt einem die Chance, wenn man mal nicht essen gehen möchte, sich selbst etwas zu zubereiten oder sich einfach zwischendurch mal auszuruhen. Annita ist eine super nette Gastgeberin, mit der die Kommunikation hervorragend auf Französisch mit ein klein wenig Unterstützung durch ein Übersetzungsprogramm ;) lief. Ein kleiner Restaurant Tipp für alle nachfolgenden Gäste: Antica Sacrestia direkt um die Ecke. Auch unsere drei Teenager Kinder waren hellauf begeistert. Vielen Dank Annita, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
