The apartments are located in a beautiful building of three floors with separate entrances. The large staircases lead to the two separate apartments, both with rooms overlooking the field and with living rooms overlooking the canal. Suggestive passage of gondolas that can be seen from the large windows.

The building does not have an elevator.



San Marco Terrace and Canal View: Large and elegant apartment recently renovated located on the third floor. The accommodation is elegantly furnished and is accessed by a refined wooden staircase with gold inserts typical of the century of construction. This apartment includes three bathrooms, two with shower and one with bath; an independent kitchen; a bedroom with wardrobe, TV, and a large and comfortable queen size bed; a second bedroom with queen size bed, sofa, wardrobe, and TV.

The living room overlooks the canal and is furnished with a sofa, table, and television. From here you can then access the altana (typical Venetian terrace built on the roof) from which you can enjoy a fascinating view of the city and where you can spend evenings by candlelight sipping good wine. There are two sofa beds in the apartment.



Our guests will have additional amenities such as Free Wifi, air conditioning, heating, TV, and a hairdryer.



* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
