Property was amazing and the view incredible. The beach chairs were a great amenity. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and small appliances. Probably the most stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.

The property was gorgeous. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal in the room. The bed was luxurious and so were the pillows. The room was spotless upon entering. We hope to stay again.

6/10 Okay

Very nice room. Hurricane cut our stay short.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room we stayed in was very nice, we would enjoy coming back. Unfortunately, a hurricane cut our stay short. When the hurricane and storm surge warnings were issued, we left. No refund was given for 3 days we cut short. I know it’s in the contract we signed about refunds, but would you stay and fight traffic jams while leaving? We didn’t and felt we made the correct decision. It’s the chance you take when vacationing in Florida during hurricane season.

This was the nicest room we’ve stayed in at PCB! Everything was so clean and cared for! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and preparing meals in the room, and it was so convenient having beach service included. Highly recommend this property!

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was clean and the kitchen appliances were things we’d never had in a rental! The only down side was the property had water problems the last two days we stayed. Water stopped mid shower on us. Other than that this is definitely a place we’d stay again in a heart beat!

We enjoyed our stay at Tidewater Resort 2803 the condo was perfect, very clean and met our requirements perfectly!! The view was awesome, the horizon went on forever!! We saw a stingray swimming just off the beach and other marine life. The staff were very friendly and informative!! The Wave restaurant inside the resort was pleasant and the food was great!! This unit was beautiful, with amazing decor, and was exceptionally well stocked! The cabinets were full of glasses, plates, bowls, coffee cups, and just about anything you could need. There were even three coffee pots and an air fryer! The only things I felt were missing were a good nonstick skillet (we enjoy making scrambled eggs for breakfast) and a few wooden spoons or plastic cooking spatulas for preparing food. For those who are sensitive to noise, please be aware that the master bedroom is located at the front of the unit, directly across from the trash chute. The master bed was on the firmer side rather than soft, so keep that in mind if you prefer a softer mattress. The closet was stocked with plenty of extra pillows, bed linens, and blankets, along with beach toys, a fan, and other essentials. I was especially impressed to find an extension cord behind the master bed, providing extra outlets for bedside items. That was a thoughtful and convenient touch! The recliners in the living room were wonderful. We really enjoyed sitting in them while having our morning coffee. There were three trash bags provided for the main trash can, so if you're staying for a week or longer, you may want to bring a few extras. We brought our own dishwasher pods, but there were also plenty under the sink, possibly left by previous guests. The only issue we encountered was with the Roku remote for the main TV. The left & right arrow buttons tended to stick, requiring multiple presses.

It was great, floors were a little dirty, and the freezer wasn't working. We had ice cream and it melted everywhere. But everyone was great and kind. The repair guy was a delight, we love going to Tidewater this was our 3 rd time.

We are sorry you found the floors to be a little dirty which is not how most of our guests consistently describe it as very clean, spotless, and well-maintained. It was raining very heavily when you checked in possibly the problem was due to coming in from the wet outside walkways or the balcony. We are happy you thought our maintenance man was a delight, and it was a simple repair made the same day you reported the problem with the freeaer.

The rental had everything we needed and was very clean. I have no complaints. And I love the chairs and umbrella on the beach that came with this rental. I also appreciate having a washer and dryer and even a vacuum cleaner. I hate sand everywhere and it works so much better than a broom. The views were wonderful!
