It is located on the first floor of a brand new and modern building with a large lift. Located in a new and quiet area, Dimora Silcla 2 consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed, a large living room with a French sofa bed, a kitchen with a comfortable kitchenette and a bathroom with a large shower
At Dimora Silcla2 you can enjoy every comfort including free wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, 2 flat-screen TVs. Modern and fully equipped structure. In the structure you will find a rich welcome basket for your breakfast.

Staying at our facility we give our guests the opportunity to enjoy special services and agreements, among which to take advantage of a wonderful swimming pool and spa agreement with us (by reservation), professional relaxation masseur directly in the structure (by reservation), tour by boat (by reservation) and various other activities. Our goal is to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

With a pleasant walk, between breathtaking views and houses overlooking the sea, you can easily reach the main attractions of the city: the centuries-old Roman bridge that towers over Lama Monachile, the picturesque old town with all its characteristic narrow alleys full of colorful shops , the suggestive balconies overlooking the sea, the peculiar caves carved into the high cliff to visit by boat. (Possibility also of boat-tour)

And, for those who love outings, a few kilometers away will find San Vito with its ancient abbey and the romantic harbor, Monopoli with its paradisiacal sandy coves, Conversano with its unique old town in height, the rich Valle d'Itria of small towns surrounded by greenery, the very famous Castellana Caves and many other enchanting places that make Puglia the most beautiful region in the world.

Beautiful views and conveniently located

We had a wonderful stay! The balcony was just wonderful. Very short walking distance to town...and a perfect jumping off point for all of Puglia. The black out shades were a fantastic benefit as it was early in our trip and we were jetlagged!

Beautiful comfortable home

Our Stay at Dimora Silcla

Our family stayed at this wonderful property for 5 days in August 2023. It was very clean with a great shower and spacious bedrooms. The property is a short walk to the central piazza in Polignano a Mare, where you can get anything you need. Also, the host provided coffee pods and some breakfast goodies for the kids. Vacanza a Polignano a Mare

Vacanza molto bella con posti meravigliosi. Appartamento bello, pulito e confortevole. Parcheggio auto esterno un po’ difficoltoso in quanto il box non facilmente agevole. Check-in e out tutto bene.

Bellissimo appartamento a ridosso del centro storico

Bellissimo appartamento, pulito e molto ben rifinito, situato in una nuovissima palazzina di recente costruzione. È posizionato in una zona tranquilla con vista mare ed allo stesso tempo vicina al centro storico raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Inoltre sapendo che eravamo con la nostra cagnolina, la gentilissima proprietaria le ha fatto trovare un ossetto ed una comodissima cuccia che è stata molto apprezzata. In definitiva consiglio vivamente questo appartamento.
