We are a couple who rent our villa with all the hope that our guests feel at home, and we are very happy that in the vast majority of cases all our tenants have been, even so there are always things to improve, surely, and we very willingly accept the advice or suggestions that they kindly give us about some things that can be improved or that were not good when we arrived, what really makes us sad is seeing that there are people who, even if you explain, justify and compensate for a confusion Unrelated to us, they still make a fierce criticism in which it seems that everything was bad in the villa, nothing positive, in a villa that had a score of 5 out of 5 prior to their arrival. Our villa has not had a jacuzzi for 2 years, this service of the villa was removed from the general description that we can edit from the website, but it seems that the website has a section, which we were unaware of until this incident, in the That description that we edited in Spanish was translated into 10 languages, but it turns out that when we changed the description in Spanish, these translations provided by the website were not updated with the new description. We were not aware of this error on the website nor is it our fault. Proof of all this was sent to the tenant and the website's customer service informed her that this was the case, which is not true, indicating that we were aware, even so, without it being our mistake to compensate them for Due to the misunderstanding, a considerable amount of money was returned. We reiterate that our goal is for our guests to have the best vacation possible, but we cannot agree that even with everything explained, a comment is made in which everything is negative and we believe it is done with the sole objective of doing us the maximum possible damage, since half of the things it indicates are falsehoods, of which I am totally sure that we have a beautiful villa, spacious, with natural wood floors, quality furniture, with 4 bedrooms, 2 of them double, 4 bathrooms, large kitchen with everything you need, air conditioning in each of the rooms, 3 Wi-Fi, smart TV in the living room and 2 main bedrooms, safe, alarm connected to the police, laundry area, shillout area, BBQ, table with outdoor umbrella, pool area with lounge chairs, hammocks and a large heated pool, games for children, 2 spin bikes to use inside the pool, all these services included in the price, without charging any extra as if they do other villas in the area, the villa is on the first line of the golf course, it has views not only of the golf course, but also a lake and the sea, the urbanization is very safe and quiet, 10 minutes walk from a great shopping center and the beach, and in Fuerteventura we are fortunate to have more than 330 days a year of radiant sun, (some of this could have been said in the comment).
