The apartment (approx 35 square meters) is located on the 2nd floor (elevator available) and it is suitable for 2 people.
The unit is on two levels: day zone on the upper level (living room with kitchen), night zone on the lower level (bedroom, bathroom).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tourist tax: € 4.00 per person per night, up to a maximum of seven nights - to be paid in cash upon arrival. Each guest is required to pay their fee based on the days indicated in the booking regardless of their stay. The total of the tourist tax must be paid upon arrival: total days and total guests as indicated on the booking.
Identity documents: all guests must be registered according to Italian law and the documents (including photocopies) of all guests must be presented at check-in regardless of the actual arrival date of each guest.

Check-in: from 3:00pm to 8:00pm.
Check-out: before 10:00am.

UTILITIES
Utilities are included for stays up to 30 nights.
In case of stays longer than thirty nights, the utilities are charged to the guest.
