WONDERFUL LOCATION AND PRICE

WONDERFUL location for historic sites, art museums, and restaurants. Rachel went “above and beyond” in trying to help us get transportation to the airport on our departure date. Thank you, Rachel!Would certainly book again if I return to Florence.

Great stay in Florence

The apartment is just as advertised. Close to restaurants, shopping and the sights in Florence. Rachel could not have been more helpful. I am a solo traveler and I felt safe at all times. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Florence .

Comfortable apartment, close to favorite sights.

We enjoyed the apartment’s location, as it was within walking distance to all major sights. The only negative: Thursday & Friday nights, there were very loud parties on the street, which went on until 3-4 in the mornings.

I loved our stay at Rachel’s place! It was safe, clean and comfortable! I stayed with my here with my 18 year old daughter before she went off to school and we had a beautiful time together. It was nice exploring Florence and then coming back to a nice cool place to rest. I hope to stay here again! Rachel was a great host, always prompt and accommodating! Thank you Rachel for a peaceful and comfortable experience.

wonderful, quiet and super located apartment

We were happy in this apartment because you are in the middle of Florence, almost next to the Uffizi Gallery, it is absolutely quiet, the apartment is well equipped, the landlady is accommodating and friendly. We would always come back to this apartment and can recommend it to everyone!

Perfect Apartment and Close to Main Sights

We had the most wonderful stay in this perfect apartment. All I have is good things to say about it. The apartment is very clean, very quiet, it is in a great location(we walked to all the main sites and the train station),the air conditioning was great and Rachel is so nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The kitchen was just right for cooking some pasta dinners a few nights of our stay. I highly recommend this apartment.

wonderful apartment close to everything

My son and I recently enjoyed our stay in Rachel's apartment. It was very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. It is so close to all the museums and sights! The Uffizi and Piazza della Signora are only a few steps away. Rachel was a gracious host. It was very helpful that she called two taxis for us. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone.

Florence Visit July 2022

The property was perfect for our stay. I was travelling with a friend and we looked for a place that was comfortable and well located without being too pricey. This apartment was spot on. It is well laid out and equipped. It provided a much needed bolthole from the heat in the afternoon. We found it easy to deal with the property owner who was very helpful and accommodating.

Location! Location! Location!

Located next to Ufizzi Gallery, Galileo Museum, and new COIN store with coffee/pastry/snack patio. One minute walk to restaurants on Via Neri, five minutes to Piazza Vecchio, ten to Pitti Palace, and twenty to Accademia or train station. CONAD grocery/deli/wine store across Ponte Vecchio. Tiny but functional kitchen for breakfast or small meals. Comfortable, quiet walk-up apartment with excellent WIFI for streaming. Stayed here four weeks. Would do it again!

This property is well maintained, clean and spacious. Great water pressure for shower. The washing machine and iron were a great benefit. Plenty of closet space and chest of drawers. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and a toaster oven. Perfect for the days we wanted to eat in. Good size Very clean refrigerator. The location puts you in proximity to the museums ,the river, Ponte Vecchio, shopping and so much more. It was quiet and relaxing after a long day out. The property owner Rachel was a pleasure offering great tips on places to go and even arranged our 6 am cab to pick us up to go to the airport. If you find this property available book it! I recently had the pleasure of staying in this apartment in the heart of Florence, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a clean, well-appointed apartment. The location of the apartment is unbeatable!!! Nestled in the heart of Florence, I was within walking distance of all the major attractions, including the Uffizi Gallery, the Duomo, and Ponte Vecchio (and so much more). The neighborhood itself is vibrant, with charming cafes, exquisite restaurants, and delightful shops all just a stone's throw away. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The apartment itself is a perfect blend of modern comfort and classic Italian charm. The living area is well furnished, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare a meal, and the dining area offers a lovely spot to enjoy your food. Location, location, location! The property is perfectly located in the historic district of Florence - a few minutes walk to the Ponte Vecchio, Duomo and other hotspots. Furnishings were comfortable and the apartment gave you an authentic Italian living experience. Rachel provided excellent communication before our arrival and the host met us when promised even though we were running 15 minutes behind schedule. Having a clothes washer throughout our stay was crucial and a valuable amenitie. While there isn't a dryer, the provided clothes racks were sufficient. A couple cons - there was noise on the weekend from partiers at a nearby club, a few mosquitoes and intermittent water pressure issues while showering, but nothing that wouldn't hinder us from rebooking. Overall - it was a glorious week in Firenze!

Location très bien située et confortable

Au cœur du centre historique et pourtant au calme. Location de caractère dans un immeuble ancien avec confort moderne.
