This rustic-style holiday villa is ideal for a big family to spend their well-deserved holidays, surrounded by nature but close to the facilities provided in the town of Alcaucín, at the foot of the Natural Park of Sierra Tejeda, Alhama and Almijara. You can make the most of the area either by discovering the surroundings or relax in the house and its lovely outdoors.

The spacious ground floor of the villa welcomes a cosy living room with a fireplace and warm/cool air-con, as well as comfortable sofas where you can have wonderfully-relaxing siestas. The light-filled dining room is provided with a huge table around which the whole family can share their meals; next to it, you will find the fully equipped independent kitchen. The ground floor also welcomes a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

Upstairs, there are the other five bedrooms. The master one features spectacular views of the mountains, which you can enjoy from the double bed and the en-suite with bathtub. Another bedroom with a double bed relies on a bathroom with a shower, and it’s connected to a bedroom with three single beds. The last two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, share the fourth bathroom with shower.

The gorgeous, 5,000-sq-mt outdoor area features several spots where you can make the most of the breeze coming from the nearby mountains and the warm sun rays, so typical of Andalucia. The porch welcomes a coquettish area to have a drink as you relax in the shadow, whereas the fenced private pool is located on a lower level than the house. Here, you will also find a dining area and a BBQ. All of this is surrounded by lush vegetation that provides shelter from the sun, either in the grassed or gravelled area.

The access to the house is fully paved.
