BiniVento has a large and well-kept garden with a private pool and sea views, space to park a car comfortably (very important and an advantage compared to other houses around, in high season it is very difficult to park in the area) and a large terrace with hammocks to enjoy the sun.
The house has capacity for 6 people in 3 double bedrooms. One of them with a double bed of 160 cm and the other two rooms with two single beds each of 90 cm. There is an option to rent a cot and highchair. The property has 2 complete bathrooms and recently renovated with great taste and simplicity, a spacious and light dining room, equipped kitchen and covered porch.
New and very comfortable mattresses. Bed linen and towels also new and impeccable.
The living room has a comfortable sofa for 4 people and two large, very comfortable armchairs, also with a smart TV. All rooms in the house have air conditioning. Shutters that close the light to ensure a good rest and large capacity cabinets.
Washing machine available to customers.
Microwave and oven.
The views of the sea and its proximity to the main points of interest in the area, make it the best option to enjoy a holiday in Menorca.
Inside, guests will find spacious, bright and modern spaces flooded with natural light from the large windows.
