Charming villa with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with private garden, 100 meters from one of the best beaches in the Mediterranean, next to the golf course in Oliva Nova Beach & Golf, luxury resort between Gandía (Valencia) and Denia (Alicante) . The resort between the sea and the mountain has a golf course, tennis courts, paddle tennis, soccer, spa, fitness and one of the best equestrian centers of the international circuit (MET), restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, in an exclusive environment and calm
The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen (with hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker with filter, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchenware), dining room and Living room with TV. Air conditioning hot / cold, electric shutters, mosquito nets on the windows. Private enclosed garden with table and chairs and parking area for 1 car garden. Bed linen and towels for shower and sink.
The house is located at the end of a small street, next to the 18-hole golf course, designed by Severiano Ballesteros and a few minutes walk from the beautiful and extensive beach, with fine sand and protected dunes, quiet and not crowded. There is a shopping center, shops, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, medical center and several restaurants in the Golf Club and in the resort hotel.
