This impressive house is for rent, located in the marina of Empuriabrava, the largest in Europe with 27 km of canals. With an area of 125 m² distributed over 2 floors, this property is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and relaxation by the water.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room that opens onto a fully equipped American kitchen, while on the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a master suite with a private bathroom. The house has air conditioning and Wi-Fi included.
On the outside, you can enjoy a large covered terrace and a swimming pool with an outdoor shower, as well as direct access to a 10 m mooring in front of the house, ideal for parking your boat.
The location is unbeatable: in the centre of Empuriabrava, just 500 m from a supermarket, 1,000 m from the sandy beach and the marina. The area offers multiple water activities such as sailing, surfing, kitesurfing or diving. The parachuting centre, wind tunnel and wave pool are also nearby.
