The Sunrise Suite is located a short walk from the sun, sand and surf of south Chesterman Beach. Chesterman Beach is generally the number one local favourite and you will be able to enjoy it daily without having to search for or pay for parking!
Our bright, cozy suite is located on the second floor of our house and is surrounded by trees. We have a fully stocked kitchen to accommodate you for any length of stay. Our balcony has a barberque for your private use and is a great place to sit for the morning sunrise!

Your hosts live on the main floor and are a family of four including a 13 and 16 year old. We are true locals (grew up/are growing up in Tofino). We are quiet after 10pm and love it when guests can offer the same!

We do have 2 pet ducks on our private separate part of the property. You may hear some intermittent quacks during the day but they are completely silent throughout the entire night. There is often a burst of quacks when we lock them in for the night at dark and when we let them out in the morning.

For the surfers staying with us we provide an outdoor wetsuit hose-rinsing and changing area.

We have Cable TV including Sports, Netflix and movie channels as well as a high speed internet connection. Due to EMF sensitivity we have the WIFI programmed to turn off for overnight hours. It is programmed to ALWAYS be on from 7:00am to 11:00pm. For very late night hours, we provide 2 Ethernet cables for Laptop devices. Netflix and Cable TV are available 24/7.

We are located a close enough distance to the main road coming into Tofino that, with windows open at night, you can hear distant traffic. The suite has excellent air circulation (Heat recovery System) so, windows can generally stay closed at night.

Black Bear Lane is a quiet no-through road with a cul-de-sac (a good zone for kids to hang out/roller blade etc.).
