Appartement très confortable pas loin de la gare

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances, la cuisine est vraiment bien équipée, les salles d'eau sont spacieuses et modernes. C'est calme, nous avons profité de dormir fenêtres ouvertes. Nous avons loué des vélos pour se déplacer, ce que je recommande si vous arrivez sans voiture. Notre hôte a été très serviable et attentionné. Je recommande. venus sans voiture

Très agréable semaine !

Nous avons passé 1 semaine parfaite dans l'appartement de Frédéric, qui nous a accueillis plus comme des invités que des locataires (brioche, confiture et jus de fruit à notre arrivée). Il a été très aimable, nous a présenté en détail son appartement et même le quartier ! L'appartement est très confortable, on se sent comme chez soi (petit et gros équipements de bonne qualité, vaisselle en quantité, produits d'entretien et sacs poubelle à notre disposition, etc.), et la déco est très sympa. Appart lumineux, à 10-15 min à pied de la grande plage et du centre, tout en étant au calme. Grand balcon pour déjeuner et belle terrasse avec transats. Seul bemol : le canapé de la 2e chambre, un peu mou à notre goût ! Merci encore à Frédéric pour son accueil. Nous recommandons cet appart et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un appartement parfait

Accueillis par un propriétaire très professionnel et avenant, ayant le soucis du détail, vous y trouverez un appartement tout neuf, propre, spacieux avec deux balcons, tout équipé (machine a laver, lave vaisselle, table à repasser, écran TV récent, Wi-Fi,...). Situé dans un quartier très calme, il est également proche de tous les commerces nécessaires, de la gare à 200m et de la plage des Sables d'Olonne. Je recommande grandement si vous souhaitez passer un séjour au calme tout en étant en plein centre-ville.

Séjour très agréable

Accueil très chaleureux de Frédéric qui est d'une extrême amabilité et bienveillant auprès de ses locataires. L'appartement est très propre avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Plage et centre-ville à proximité, trajet faisable à pieds ou à vélo. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Appartement neuf très bien équipé calme

Accueil excellant, Frédéric est quelqu’un de généreux et sait recevoir ces hôtes. Brioche locale de bienvenue confiture et boissons fraîches. L’appartement est neuf, bien situé, très bien équipé (Rien ne manque, comme chez soi) très calme. A 12 mn à pied de la plage ou du centre ville, il est préférable de laisser la voiture dans le garage (fermé avec de la place pour une voiture et des vélos) Séjours excellent, hôte attentionné, tout est réuni pour un séjour idéal Nous reviendrons rapidement les yeux fermés Merci Frederic,
