Dear christian, hank you for sharing your feedback regarding one of our properties. We are delighted that you enjoyed the apartment overall. Regarding the fast check-in procedure, we completely understand that it may seem somewhat inconvenient. However, since you booked an apartment with a self check-in system, this step must be completed by the guest themselves. This process is also a legal requirement from the Municipality of Como, which mandates the registration of all individuals entering the villa. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter. As for general information regarding the WiFi code, electricity meters, waste management, or TV usage, all of these details are clearly provided in our digital guest book, which we sent to you a few days prior to your arrival. Best regards, Team Rent All Como
