Located on the east coast of Sardinia, in the Gulf of Orosei, the house is 1 km from the beach and a few kilometers from the village of Sos Alinos.
It consists of a large living room, kitchenette, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large veranda with barbecue where you can have lunch in the open air. The house is equipped with all comforts, a large garden with the possibility of parking more than one car. Ideal for those who love to spend their holidays in a quiet place, surrounded by nature.

Mooi gelegen en ruim vakantiehuis met grote tuin en mooi uitzicht. Vlakbij het dorpje Los Solinos en niet ver van het stadje Orosei en met prachtige stranden in de onmiddellijke nabijheid. Vriendelijke en hulpvaardige eigenaars maar alle communicatie verliep via Whatsapp. Dat ging wel vlot met Google translate.De voorraad kookgerei is echter onvoldoende. Kookpotten en pannen met beschadigde tefallaag en dus onbruikbaar.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus machte einen insgesamt guten Eindruck. Es hat grundsätzlich an nichts gefehlt. Innen war bei Anreise alles sauber und gut gereinigt. Außen hingegen hätte der Grillbereich bzw. herumliegernder Müll noch entfernt werden können. Das Haus bietet genug Platz für eine große Familie. Klimaanlagen sind in jedem Raum vorhanden. Ein Auto wird hingegen für Strandausflüge sowie für alle anderen Aktivitäten benötigt. Da nichts in der Nähe fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig und abgeschieden.

Famielienurlaub
Wir waren mit der Familie in diesem Haus. Drei Schlafzimmern und noch eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer und zwei Bädern sind ausreichend, die Küche ist sehr klein. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, eingebettet in der Natur aber leider keinen Meerblick mehr,da die Bäume zu groß geworden sind.
Leider waren wir zu früh (Anfang April) dort, da war es sehr kühl im Haus und wenn keine Sonne scheint auch nur lauwarmes Wasser,durch Sonnenenergie! Besser wäre Ende Mai ,Juni,Juli. Den täglichen Besuch am Zaun von Pferden und ein Esel fanden wir sehr schön (Nachbargrundstück).
Die Gegend hat sehr schöne Buchten . Vorteilhaft sind Fahrräder, damit kann man viele Buchten besuchen. Ein Auto ist für entferntere Ausflugsziele und weitere Buchten sowie Restaurants unbedingt erforderlich.

Tolles Haus und sehr nette Vermieter
Unsere Anreise, zum ersten Mal auf Sardinien, war mühsam, mit Auto/Fähre und zwei Hunden aber alles bestens geklappt.
Das Haus zu finden war etwas mühselig da es etwas abseits lag, aber dank der Vermieter wurde es doch gefunden. Abseits ist das Stichwort. Wir wohnten alleine und nur mit Pferden (die uns mehrmals am Zaun besuchen kamen) und Hunden (in der Nachbarschaft).
Das Haus war etwas zu groß für uns beide, aber es passte. 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, wobei nur ein Bad und ein Schlafzimmer benutzt wurde.
Unser Grundstück (vollkommen eingezäunte über 2000 qm) war für unsere beiden Hunde der Traum. Immer schön dafür sorgen das auch der Hundekot aufgesammelt wurde, war selbstverständlich.
Der Weg bis zum Strand war auch nicht sehr weit (4 Min. mit Auto oder halbe Stunde spazieren), aber wir sind kein Strandlieger und da wir sehr viel laufen und gerne am Strand entlang (was unsere Hunde auch sehr gut fanden, da ein Hundestrand in der Nähe war), verging der Tag wie im Fluge). Zum Ausruhen gab es Liegen im Haus und schöne Liegeflächen zum Ausruhen.
Unsere Vermieter haben wir auch kennengelernt und sie waren sehr nett, (nur man müsste italienisch können, aber dank Übersetzer auf Handy (beidseitig) ging alles gut.
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
