About this property

Pristine Parker Pond - A Hidden Gem

Come stay in our lovely lakeside cottage, built by Scott Bernard and Alan Williams, located on Parker Pond; a crystal clear, 1500-acre, deep water, quiet, limited-access lake. We call our retreat Amani, a Swahili word that means peace. If you love kayaking, secluded shorelines and beautiful hiking trails with breathtaking views, this is the place for you. Paddle the quiet shores, explore forested islands complete with campsites, picnic areas, and a recently restored, rustic cottage. Come in the fall for the most amazing autumn colors in central Maine, complete with vibrant red high bush blueberries along the shoreline. This lake is home to loons, bald eagles, trout, large and small-mouth bass. Best of all, this well-equipped cottage was custom-built in 2015, and is replete with rustic features, outstanding interior décor, comfy beds, two fireplaces and a spectacular lake view. Bring your boat (up to 19 ft) and use the private boat access, or just use our 3 kayaks and 12-foot aluminum row boat. Many breeds of dogs are welcome with owner permission.

Fees: $100 cleaning fee, Maine State Lodging Tax, Pet Fee if applicable ($100 first dog, $50 second dog
