Magnolia Lago is a modern renovated apartment inside a 19th century villa with 4 units, located in Gardone Riviera.



It is surrounded by a garden of over 3000 square meters overlooking the lake, with direct access and a private beach.



The garden is shared with the other 3 apartments.



It is an apartment of 150 square meters on two floors, which was renovated in 2010 and has all the comforts.



On the mezzanine floor there is: the living room with two large sofas, a large table and a wood stove; the bathroom, a modern and fully equipped kitchen with access to the large terrace.



On the lower floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk bed and one with double bed + one single bunk bed, the second bathroom, a laundry area and access to the garden.

The center of Gardone can be reached in a few minutes on foot, as well as various attractions such as the Museo del Vittoriale, the botanical garden, public beaches, etc. Salò and Toscolano Maderno are very close.



Inside the Grandhotel Fasano near the villa there is a wellness center open all year round.
