Villa with swimming pool near the sea

The accommodation available to our guests is located on the ground floor of our villa, which is divided on three levels. We owners live on the first and second floors.
The whole villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with grass, trees, plants and flowers.
Through a few steps you can access the garden area where our swimming pool is located, which will be available to our guests in the months from June to October. It can also be used by us owners and our family members.
The accommodation available to our guests is an entire apartment with a private entrance, and consists of:
- an entrance and a living room with a large sofa
- a rustic living room with fireplace, 2 sofas and with a large table where you can eat
- a kitchen complete with accessories, and with marble breakfast top
- the sleeping area, consisting of: two bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and 1 single bed dedicated exclusively to a child, not an adult, and one with 2 single beds
- a bathroom with a hydromassage shower
We have a medium-sized dog who will stay in our part of the villa during our guests' stay.
