Gorgeous updated rental with amazing beach views! Sea Colony East Resort Oceanfront Bethany Beach. This listing is for a 2 Bedroom plus Den unit in the Georgetown building in Sea Colony East. Kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled completely in 2016. This unit has a beautiful view shown in photos. One King bed, a bunk bed, twin bed and a trundle bed with two twins. We have the best parking spot in the Georgetown House. Right in front of the main entrance! Come experience all the amenities the Sea Colony has to offer from the numerous swimming pools to the world class tennis and daily family/children's activities such as weekly bonfires and junior lifeguard classes. As well as a Smart TV and fabulous WIFI for chilling out in the condo.

Sea Colony badges are required to use the private beach, pools, fitness center and Sea Colony activities. The badges are distributed by Sea Colony and are an additional fee from any rental charges. Owner does not receive any funds from the purchase of the SC badges.

We were supposed to come down during a tropical storm and our host emailed me to ask if we would like to switch days so that we could enjoy our trip during nice weather. That was so very sweet and thoughtful. We took her up on that offer and had a wonderful stay and seeing all the aftermath of the storm when the sun came out.

Amazing Beach Vacation for the Family

We have stayed in Sea Colony for many years but this was our first time on the beach side. Condo was beautiful and owner was fantastic to communicate with the entire time. Absolutely loved the amenities, location and condition of the unit. Our family of five had a memorable vacation and will look forward to returning here next summer! Simply the best!

My three kids, husband and I stayed here for 3 nights over the Easter/Passover weekend. The condo was clean, updated and advertised accurately. Our communications with the owners was wonderful and prompt. Even in the off season, the Sea Colony offered several amenities, like indoor and outdoor heated pools, tennis, basketball etc. Would definitely recommend renting from this owner to others.
