This stunning three bedroomed, detached property sits in an elevated position beside the Caledonian Canal, with spectacular views over the Grampian mountains, which include Ben Nevis. The bungalow is furnished to good standard and designed to maximise the views. The accommodation comprises of a spacious reception hall with all rooms leading off.
There are three bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed, with the master bedroom benefitting from an en-suite shower room. The master bedroom also has an additional seating area to relax and enjoy the views. The living room is very spacious with comfortable contemporary furniture and has a dining area. The kitchen is well fitted and has a further dining space. Outside, the property has lawned gardens and private parking.
Cushendall House is a great base for visiting the small isles and for Harry Potter fans, why not visit the famous viaduct at Glenfinnan. The thriving town of Fort William, known as the Outside capital of the UK is only 3 miles away, offering mountain biking, walking and an array of shops and restaurants, with the Grampians just a few miles away. Experience a cable car ride or in the winter months of December to April (snow permitting) you can enjoy the superb range of skiing and snowboarding activities and all your equipment can be hired on site. The cottage is located only 60 miles from the Skye Bridge where you can cross and enjoy this beautiful island. Perhaps opt for a day trip to Fort Augustus where you can take a boat trip around Loch Ness and see the boats leaving the loch and rising up over the eight locks, into the Caledonian Canal. Shop 2 miles, restaurant 1 mile.
