Sugarloaf in central Fort William

Sugarloaf is a modern, spacious and very comfortable three bedroom house in Fort William. A superb place for all. This welcoming holiday home is situated in the heart of Fort William. Beautifully presented inside, with modern finishing’s the interior is decorated and furnished to a high standard. A great space for couples, families and friends

The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with everything you need. The ground floor is open plan with comfortable seating, dining table, smart TV and a log burning stove for cosy nights.

Bedrooms are a king, twin and single room. The shower room with low level shower is located on the ground floor and the bathroom with a free standing bath is upstairs. Toiletries, towels and linen are all provided. The outside space has a private furnished decked area.

There is also a shed to the rear of the house to securely store bikes and ski's etc as well as an off street driveway for parking.

The town centre and all of it's amenities are only a five minute walk away including both train and bus stations. Glen Nevis and Ben Nevis are also within walking distance. The Cow Hill circuit is one minute away along with numerous bike trails for all abilities. A great base to explore from or simply relax and unwind.

We had a wonderful stay in Fort William. So much to explore. Sugarloaf was very beautiful and a perfect location. We only wish we'd had stayed longer.

Very comfortable and well equiped, great location not far from transportation. Good communication with the owners, easy to find. We managed to ride the Harry Potter steam train and hike up Ben Nevis in our two days there. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot to stay

Excellent location and property; several nice touches including ready to go log burner, snacks etc. it’s tucked away slightly so nice and quiet but only 5minute stroll from pubs and restaurants. Plenty of space for storing equipment and a good sized (and well heated!) utility room, perfect for drying outdoor gear. Will definitely return

Sugarloaf house was fantastic! Our family stayed October 15th - 18th, 2025. The house is very spacious inside and we had plenty of room. Nice bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The house was spotless when we arrived. Every amenity we needed was provided. We loved the wood stove which made for very cozy evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a delicious meal. It was a great location and easy, short walk to the town center to go to pubs and shops. A very convenient location for sightseeing and hiking. Close to a grocery store. We were very pleased with this house and so glad we chose it for our 3 night stop in Fort William!
