Character Property, Stunning Location with Loch and Mountain Views

Inishail is a beautiful character property dating back to 1800s with all the benefits of modern day living. Located on the shore of Loch Linnie it boasts stunning loch and mountain views. The property is ideally situated for exploring all the Scottish Highlands and West Coast of Scotland has to offer. With great access to Fort William and Oban by car, bicycle or foot as the Sustrans Fort William to Oban cycle path runs directly adjacent to the property. It's enclosed, private garden is a safe place for children and pets to enjoy!

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: Due to the age of the property the stair case to the bedrooms is narrow and steep, with small steps. This may not be suitable for young children or people with mobility issues.

Sleeps 4+ Ideal for families and couples. Full of charm and character, with high ceilings, fireplaces, decorated and furnished with a modern high quality finish.

Cosy living room with breath taking loch and mountain views includes a log burner (logs not included) 3 seater sofa and two comfortable chairs, large TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs. Wifi available. Dining area which seats 6. Well equipped kitchen includes Halogen hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with freezer box. Spacious ground floor Family Bathroom with electric shower over the bath. Ground floor shower room and W/C an added bonus.

Two comfortable bedrooms, one kingsize and one twin, with two single beds. There is a double sofa bed in the living room, guests must request extra bedding if they plan to use the sofa bed. Travel cot available.

Oil-fired central heating and hot water throughout with the bonus of the log burner for extra warmth in the winter months. Logs & kindling are not included, they can be purchased from the garage in Glencoe.

Stay at Inishail Cottage

We had a very pleasant stay at Inishail Cottage. It has a very quaint and homey feel, and was perfectly situated between Fort William and Glencoe for exploring the area and doing some great hiking. Also magnificent mountain view right out the front window!

Lovely property with amazing view

The property has fabulous views over a loch and to mountains beyond. The bathroom was nice and large and the kitchen, with dishwasher and washer/dryer, and dining area are nice. The stairs are narrow and steep and the ceiling in the bedrooms are low so mind your head! Overall a nice property ideal for exploring the Glencoe area and

Die Straße davor ist tagsüber relativ stark befahren, nachts ist es deutlich ruhiger.Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Küchenausstattung könnte, wie in den Bewertungen schon zu lesen war, umfangreicher sein, aber man kommt klar.Die Lage ist toll, um Glen Coe zu erkunden

Overall a very nice place to stay and we generally had a positive experience. One issue was waste management - the recycle bins were all full (almost overflowing) and obviously there had been no collection in weeks (months?). Tried to contact the owner about this but there was no response.

Amazing views

We had a lovely few days at this property. The location is amazing, we spent most time within the house just sitting in the comfy seats by the window looking out at the loch. There was a nice big secure garden, which was great for us and the dog.

A lovely cottage, perfect for exploring this beautiful area. Clean, comfortable and convenient to lots of things to do in the area. The view from the lounge window is great; amazing watching the view changing from minute to minute.

The cottage was beautifully presented and well equipped. The view from the lounge was stunning and the location was perfect for exploring the West Coast, with both Oban and Fort William within easy reach. A comfortable base to spend a week in this stunning area.

Charming cottage in ideal location

What a beautiful property, ideally located with a superb view of the loch and central to everywhere we wanted to visit with beautiful walks 5 mins away. The cottage had everything we needed, modern kitchen, cosy rooms (really warm centrally heated and ample hot water for all 5 of us) and a lovely back garden that our grandchild and spaniel could play safely in. Such a relaxing place! Thank you x

Wow! what a spot ! A walk to a great restaurant.

We loved this special spot in an incredible setting. Time easily wasted just looking out the window at the Mountains and Loch Scotisch Bicycle walking trail right across the road.

Très bien situé, vue magnifique sur le loch.

Enchantés! Vue imprenable sur le lac dans la bow window! Très jolie maison, très bien équipée, agréable et confortable malgré l'escalier étroit menant aux chambres. Bon point de départ pour diverses balades dans les environs (Glencoe Valley, Castle Stalker et diverses randonnées).
