SEMI-DETACHED HOUSE, 4 BEDROOMS. CORNER OF THE URBANIZATION PERLA BAHÍA NEXT TO THE BEACH.
Fantastic Semi-Detached House distributed on two floors and basement. Located in front of the sea. With access to the new Coastal Path of Malaga, which will link Rincon de la Victoria, Chilches, Vélez-Málaga, Torrox, Nerja, etc. Preowned Very little used. A few minutes from the Benagalbón Tower and Rincón de la Victoria. 20 minutes from Malaga capital. Direct access from the A7 motorway, Añoreta golf course. With intercity bus, school bus, near supermarkets, etc.
The house consists of two large patios, one with direct access from the outside, and another with direct access to the urbanization. All connected by a fabulous garden of 50 square meters, very careful, which is located on the side of the house.
