On the ground floor - 1 piece of life 40 m2 with kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bedroom with bed 140, 1 bathroom with wc + 1 separate toilet.
On the floor 1 room of 35 m2 with 1 bed of 140 and 1 bed of 120, a reading corner and 1 bathroom and toilet. All rooms are equipped with televisions.
Possibility baby equipment on request and free.
We welcome our guests with a lot of friendliness and we are happy to introduce you to our beautiful region.

Un moment suspendu en Bretagne !

Entre Binic et Pordic, à quelques mètres du sentier des douaniers, cette maison est idéalement située. De grandes pièces, parfaitement équipée, d'une propreté impeccable... et au calme. Vous pourrez vous installer en terrasse pour l'apéro suivi d'un barbecue ou feuilleter les nombreuses revues sur les activités de la région que les hôtes mettent à disposition. Binic, son port, ses restaurants, ses plages se trouve à un petit quart d'heure à pied (en empruntant le sentier). Vous trouverez un supermaché à 5 min en voiture. Accro-branche, activités nautiques, balades à cheval et autres activités culturelles à profusion dans la région. Et le vrai plus... l'accueil des hôtes : d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité sans faille. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Familienhaus sehr ruhig

Propriétaires très sympathiques, très bon accueil avec des petites attentions. Charmante maison ou il ne manque rien, Très calme, spacieuse, très propre, literie très confortable. Super Ferienhaus zum erkunden der Bretagne

Das Ferienhaus leigt in einem kleinen Dorf, zwischen Prodic und Binic. Beide Orte, sind mit dem Auto, Fahrrad oder zu Fuß gut erreichbar. In Pordic gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf, in Binic auch größere Supermärkte und gute Gastronomie Angebote. Die Steilküste ist ca. 1km entfernt und nach 10 Minuten zu Fuß hat man einen grandiosen Blick auf Binic. eine Badebucht mit Steinstrand ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ein Sandstrand mit Rettungsschwimmern in Binic in ca 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Hohe Tiedenhub in der Bucht von Saint Brieu lädt zu stundenlangen Wanderungen im Sandwatt und den Felsklippen ein. Dabei kann man direkt das Abendessen in Form von Herzmuscheln, Miesmuscheln und Austern sammeln, die dort in Massen zu finden sind. Mit dem Fahrrad sollte man gut trainiert sein oder Ebikes nutzen, da viele Höhenmeter zu bewältigen sind. Mit dem Auto ist man sehr gut angebunden und schnell auf überregionalen Schnellstraßen, so dass man innerhalb von 90 Minuten fast jeden Ort der Bretagne erreichen kann. na der Küste verläuft direkt ein gut ausgeschilderter Fernwanderweg, der mit etwas Kondition unbeschreibliche Aussichten bietet. Das Ferienhaus hat einen großen Hof, ein Carport, für Fahrräder und Auto. Es gibt eine geschützte Sitzecke mit festem Kohlegrill. Das Ferienhaus ist funktionell und gut ausgestattet. 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Toiletten und ein Badezimmer. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit Koch und Backutensilien ausgestattet. Die Betten haben gute Matratzen und gute Bettgestelle, das Elternbett ist mit einem elektrisch verstellbaren Lattenrost ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, sprechen etwas Englisch, aber zur Not hilft ein Google Translate weiter. Nach der langen Autofahrt wurden wir von Maryvonne und Alen herzlich begrüßt, das Ferienhaus wurde uns mit allen Funktionen einmal erklärt und im Anschluß wurden wir direkt noch von ihnen zu bretonischen Spezialitäten eingeladen und Tipps für den Urlaub bekommen, so dass dieser noch vor dem Auspacken begann. Wir werden definitiv noch einmal in dieses Haus reisen.

Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für die Nordküste

Empfang durch die sehr freundlichen Vermieter und Erklärung aller notwendigen Dinge vor Ort. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Ggeend zwischen den Orten Binic und Pordic auf einer Anhöhe. In ca. 20 min erreicht man zu Fuß das Hafengebiet von Binic mit deinen Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Wanderungen auf dem GR 34 kann man entweder direkt von der Haustür aus starten oder erreicht Abschnitte durch eine kurze Autofahrt. Das Hausd hat leider einen kleinen Fehler, indem es nur eine Dusche besitzt, die durch eines der Schlafzimmer zugänglich ist. Ansonsten hat in dem Urlaub alles gepasst.

Location agréable

Les propriétaires sont charmants et vous accueillent avec attention. La location est très propre et fonctionnelle. Très bonne localisation, proche du centre ville (3 min en voiture et possibilité d'y descendre a pieds) /plages et lieux a visiter. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Une maison presque parfaite...la perfection n'existant pas !

Très agréable, lumineuse, confortable, située à deux pas du GR34 et de la grande plage de sable de la Banche à Binic, idéale pour de jeunes enfants. Un grand espace clos autour de la maison, un préau où garer les voitures à l'abri et étendre le linge. Une profusion de fleurs et un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Donne envie d'y revenir.

Location idéalement située entre le calme de la campagne et la mer accessible par les petits sentiers côtiers.
