Situated in a prime position with panoramic views on a small private beach front urbanisation within a 5-minute walk to the town centre and Estepona bus station, providing regular services to Malaga & Gibraltar International airports.
In the immediate vicinity you will also find a car rental garage, a large Carrefour Supermarket, numerous shops, a dry cleaner, hairdresser, banks, cafes, beach clubs and restaurants. The urbanisation is located on the newly completed Senda Litoral, the beachfront walkways and cycle routes which head East back to Laguna Village beach resort & Marbella and West past Estepona Marina towards Gibraltar.
The living accommodation of this charming beach house is allocated over two floors. The lower level and main entrance hall leads to the bright master bedroom consisting of a large double bed, adequate triple wardrobe and two large drawer units, climate control via hot & cold air conditioning. The bathroom provides a walk-in shower, sink & toilet.
The upper level consists of Open Plan Kitchen with all new Smeg & Bosch appliances, relaxation / dining area & lounge with high ceilings & stunning direct sea views, 4K TV and large comfortable day bed / double pull out bed.
The upper floor opens directly onto the terrace and private garden with unspoilt views of the mediterranean, morocco and Gibraltar. Providing seating for up to 6 People and additional dining facilities whilst enjoying the stunning sea views.
The private garden offers sun beds and a separate shaded bbq & dining area, providing access directly onto the lush palm filled community gardens and the private access gate to the beach just 20 meters away! The large child friendly community pool is rarely busy and provides additional sunbathing and shaded areas. Alternatively exit through the private access gate directly onto the beach!
The community provides secure gated private parking with a dedicated parking space, security cameras and complete privacy. In addition, the villa has its own security alarm, sensor flood lights and security safe for personal belongings.
Entertainment systems include dvd player & various dvds, Digital streaming services, blue tooth speaker systems & Google Home, 4K TV and surround bar along with a choice of books.

Why they chose this property
A truly exceptional location! You could not want for more. Located at the entrance to the town this secluded urbanisation is walking distance to EVERYTHING! Direct access to the beach within 40 steps from the garden and joined to the Senda Litoral the new beach front walkway that connects all major towns on the Costa del Sol. You do not need a car, unless you want to venture away from the town! All amenities including supermarkets, shops, banks, restaurants, beach clubs and the marina are within walking distance. There are direct connections from Malaga and Gibraltar airports by coach which is very reasonably priced. This stunning beach house is in a lovely tranquil urbanisation directly on the beach.
