Villa on 3 very comfortable levels (whose independent villa floor is occupied). The rental concerns the 2 levels at the top of the villa with 3 bedrooms including 1 master suite in the tower.
2 terraces, one in front of the swimming pool, where there is also a 6-seater jaccuzi and a barbecue.
The setting is calm and relaxing, with trees and a view of the gulf.
Access to the sandy beach is 3 min walk, the rental is in a private residence.

Ideal for holidays with family or friends.
Distribution of rooms:
Pool floor: a large living room, a kitchen which opens onto a furnished terrace with table and chairs for lunch or dinner facing the sea, garden furniture around the pool, a separate WC, a bathroom with 1 double bed + 140 room bed 120, a space for vehicles.
Tower: 1 solarium, 1 bedroom large bed 160+ a bathroom with adjoining wc.
Cleaning fee 120 € extra. Deposit of 5000 € to be given on the day of arrival and returned following the inventory within 3 days after departure.

Tres bel endroit avec vue magnifique

Beau sejour, bel accueil et maison conforme a la description avec piscine et jacuzzi et tres spacieuse eh bien equipee...petit point a ameliorer la vaisselle pourrait etre renouveller et uniforme ce qui serait le petit plus parfait.

Alexandre a été un hôte formidable, toujours aux petits soins pour nous Le séjour fut formidable La mer n’est en effet pas loin, seule la remontée est un peu pénible… ça monte Mais la vue ça se mérite

Maison agréable

Grande maison, bien équipée intérieur/extérieur, avec une jolie vue et belle piscine, à proximité des commodités. Propriétaires très sympathiques et accommodants. Petit bémol, seule la chambre du 2e étage est climatisée.
