2nd floor, 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom on the beach. Imagine beautifully furnished, beachfront condominiums located in the paradise of Destin, Florida. Enjoy romantic sunsets, cool Gulf breezes, sugar white sands, and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly on the most beautiful, sugar-white sand beach on the Emerald Coast, only three stories high with 47 units, our atmosphere is more of a beachfront getaway than a high-rise resort, yet convenient to restaurants, golf, fishing, and theme parks. And beach service, which includes a large beach umbrella and 2 reclinable beach chairs, is included with every reservation from March 1 to October 31. This condo includes: • Master bedroom with king size bed • Two full baths • Built-in bunkbeds in alcove • Fully equipped kitchen • Granite countertop • Tile and laminate flooring • Living/dining area •Washer and Dryer in unit • Queen sleeper sofa. Property amenities include: • Every unit offers beachfront views to the Gulf of Mexico • Private beachside balconies • 280 ft. private Gulf front beach • Heated swimming pool and hot tub (beachside) • Seasonal Beach Service, included (2 chairs & 1 umbrella) • Gas grill area • Elevator • Free Wi-Fi • Cable TV • Free parking • Complimentary fitness pass • Coin operated washer/dryer is centrally located at the complex. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was wonderful! We were comfortable in every way. We would return to this condo anytime. The only thing (and it’s a tiny thing) that would make it even better is if basic kitchen items (salt/pepper, foil, baggies, etc) would be left there when people vacate. Now I understand it’s possible that no one has left those things, but generally when I’ve stayed in condos like this those basics had been left by someone. This would never prevent me from re-booking this wonderful condo, but I just wanted to bring it up.

It was totally remodeled with beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen with gorgeous backsplash to match. Both bathrooms had glassed in showers with beautiful updated sinks and cabinets. The bed was very comfortable with a huge tv mounted to the wall in the bedroom. Absolutely stunning view from the balcony of the breathtaking view of the gulf. Would highly recommend this unit. Very clean with all the amenities you need.

This unit was probably one of the cleanest and most welcoming in which I've stayed. Updated, bathrooms are super nice, they actually had paper towels, TP, soap etc. Chairs & umbrella included, beach wasn't crowded, parking was easy. Only issues the refrigerator wasn't working and the sink sprayer wasn't either. But, that kind of thing happens and I'm sure maintenance has handled it by now.
