Located on the ground floor, Bellosguardo 4 features bright, comfortable spaces designed for a relaxing stay a few metres from the sea. The covered veranda, complete with an outdoor lounge area, overlooks a 40 m² private garden — an inviting place to enjoy breakfast outdoors or unwind in the evening. Inside, the living room includes a dining table, TV corner and a well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and hob. The sleeping area offers a double bedroom with wardrobe and a twin bedroom with two single beds, along with a bathroom featuring a shower and washing machine.

The furnished veranda with sea view is one of the highlights of the property, offering a quiet spot to relax throughout the day. Keys are collected at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

The area is served by a door-to-door recycling system. Please use the designated bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
