3 Bedroom Apartment with indoor Pool Central Lagos

Welcome to our beautiful large and spacious apartment in Lagos. We hope you enjoy your stay!

We have recently refurbished the apartment and personally thought through all of the amenities to provide you with the comforts of home.

The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. The beach, marina and town centre are all within a 10 to 15 minute walk. There are two restaurants situated in the building with a supermarket just a 5 minute walk away.

There is both an outdoor and indoor swimming pool plus a Jacuzzi onsite for your enjoyment! There is also a gym with new recently purchased equipment.

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.

There are two separate balconies, one off the master bedroom and the other accessed from both the lounge and the kitchen. The main balcony has an outdoor dining tables for al fresco dining.

This apartment has 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 6.

In the Master bedroom there is a double bed.

In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds and in the third bedroom there is also 2 single beds.

There are 2 bathrooms. The master bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a jet bath with a shower over it.

The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen, towels, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

The lounge has comfortable seating for 6 with a bespoke dining table that also seats six. For your use there is cable TV - with lots of English channels, a DVD player and Wifi. Each room is wired for sound and is accessed via the control panel in the lounge.



House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are underground on-site parking facilities available at the property accessed via an automatic garage door.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
