An artist's dream, a dreamer's dream... bring your camera! our villa offers a full sensory experience of a truly unique combination: eyesight-clearing views, wave music and Mediterranean tasty local seafood.
While here you will simply live Mediterranean life at its most: amazing, undisturbed views from your bedroom, offers you the best-possible Mediterranean views and flavour. Unforgettable sunsets and moon reflections. Our fully-detached villa is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance to the main services of Llançà. The beautiful, round-shaped cove of Cau del Llop at your feet boasts a sandy, shallow beach ideal for the young ones.
The property offers an Italian-design open kitchen, 4 cozy bedrooms (three of them open out onto a fabulous terrace from which you can enjoy absolutely amazing views over the sea). The villa has 3 nice bathrooms with shower or bathtub. There is an annexed storage room and a utility room with washing machine and an ice box. The property has got electric shutters, floor to ceiling windows, design bathroom elements, etc.
Enjoy the neverending views over the Med from the porch or the upstairs terrace or... from your bed!
The house has got no swimming pool but, as a guest put it: ' who needs one?'. It has got, however, an outdoors jacuzi from which one has got splendid views.

Another guest said: 'this property has no match...' - He and his family will be coming back soon to our villa.

The property is located within a ten minute-footwalk of all services. The car is not really essential as you can walk down to the beach or into town.

Once at the house, there is no real need for a car as you may walk into town for your daily needs or stroll down to the beach. Or simply, stay in the house and enjoy the Mediterranean flavour.

Fantastic view

Everything was perfect, the house has everything that you need when you are travelling. The house and the jaccuzi were already heated when we arrived and the view ..... stunning !

The pictures tell the story

We spent a lovely comfortable week in this house which is equipped to feel like a home. A cool and stylish interior, with well equipped kitchen. And very comfortable beds. The very large balcony area with two large settees and large dining table, overlooking the beach and cove below, were where we spent most time as there was always a cooling breeze, welcome when the temperature was around 34 degrees. The hot tub are was completely private with sea views. The description told us what to expect from this property, and the reslity lived up to the promise. Imma, the owner kept in touch with us in a way which was entirely professional, but also felt like a friend. We knew we could contact her at sny time if we had a concern, but we didn’t need to. Her representative ( her brother) called in, as arranged, about two hours after we arrived to make sure everything was OK for us and explain the hot tub controls. All in all it felt like a real home from home, except for the spectacular setting! Llanca is a lovely small town, on a coast of lovely small towns. There are several lovely easily accessible beaches. In fact the one below the house can be accessed in 10 minutes, although the climb back up is punishing for elderly people like us. Fortunately it is possible to perk the car on a road close by.

Vue incroyable et plage à 2 pas

La vue des chambres et des terrasses est incroyable. La plage est en dessous, à quelques marches ( il faut des bonnes jambes). Imma la propriétaire a été adorable à l’accueil. Le jacuzzi est très agréable. L’appartement est très grand et très bien fourni, il ne manque rien.

Très belle vue et bien équipée

La maison est bien située e calme malgré la proximité de la route en contrebas qui ne nous a pas gênés. La maison convient bien à une famille avec des enfants car les chambres sont assez petites ainsi que les lits. La cuisine est très bien équipée et la clim dans le salon et dans le couloir appréciables. Le jacuzzi est un plus ! :-)

Compleet huis met schitterend uitzicht

Nette en complete woning op een heuvel aan zee met prachtig uitzicht. Ontbijten met zonnetje op het terras, Jacuzzi aanwezig, ook een bbq. Strandje beneden via een trap te bereiken, wel goed te doen. Helder water door kleine steentjes strand.

Une prestation plus qu'à la hauteur

Nous avons passé un week end juste inoubliable et fantastique. La maison est sublime, les prestations sont au rendez vous. Se Prélasser dans le jaccuzi vue sur mer c'est juste fantastique. Après je pense que cela est plus adapté à deux couples avec leur enfant. Car en effet une chambre il y a lit superposé et une autre deux lits simples. Donc pour 4 couples ce ne serait pas pratique. Imma est vraiment formidable et très accueillante. On reviendra sans aucune hésitation.

Para relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas…

Buscábamos una casa en la que, por problemas de salud osteoarticulares, pudiéramos pasar unos días relajados sin necesidad de salir pero sin sentirnos encerrados. La casa es tal y cómo se describe y mucho más, incluso mejor que en las fotografías. Las vistas al mar y la playa son espectaculares, ya sea desde la cama de la habitación principal, el salón comedor-cocina o la increíble terraza que, al ser en parte cubierta, te permite disfrutar de ella aunque refresque o haga llovizna. Al llegar nos recibió Imma, que ya tenía el jacuzzi y la chimenea preparados. El trato con ella simplemente 10/10. Con ganas de regresar pronto...

VUE MAGNIFIQUE

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Llança. Villa, idéale pour 2 familles avec chacune deux enfants. Une vue magnifique face à la mer. Un petit bémol sur le ménage (qui n'est pas forcément dû à la personne en charge du ménage, mais plutôt aux vacanciers précédents). Manque aussi un lave vaisselle surtout pour 8 personnes. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons. Christel

un balcon sur la mer dans une villa moderne

belle construction récente sur 2 niveaux, offrant dans chaque pièce un panorama magnifique sur la mer et la baie. c'est propre et fonctionnel et bien équipé sauf absence lave vaisselle. trois des 4 chambres sont assez petites mais on y vit pas ! salon, cuisine et terasses trés grands. salles de bain trés correctes..le quartier est assez chic mais pas de commerces a proximité..il faut aller au village à pieds ( 10 -15 minutes ) ou en voiture. la plage n'est pas loin mais que des escaliers pour y accèder. Les environs : village et bord de mer trés beau, agréable et calme hors vacances scolaires. la propriétaire est trés sympa et trés réactive en cas de problèmes. En résumé : nous y retournons volontier et donnons 8.5 sur 10

Great New Year break / Excellent séjour pour le Nouvel An

The villa is very comfortable, well equipped (kettle and Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen), clean, luxurious. The fireplace and large jacuzzi are much appreciated in winter. Amazing views from windows and terrace on both floors. The terrace gets the sun in the morning and can be used even in winter. The villa is a great base for walks which are wonderful in that area and well signposted, either along the coastal path or in the mountains behind, for example towards Sant Pere de Rodes monastery. The lady who looks after the villa and greets guests is very dedicated and helpful and completely fluent in English. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- La villa est très confortable, bien équipée (bouilloire pour le thé et cafetière Nespresso dans la cuisine), propre, luxueuse. La cheminée et le grand jacuzzi sont très appréciés en hiver. Superbes vues depuis les baies vitrées et la terrasse sur les deux étages. La terrasse reçoit le soleil le matin et est utilisable même en hiver. La villa est une excellent base pour les randonnées et balades à pied qui sont merveilleuses dans ce secteur et bien balisées, soit le long du sentier côtier soit dans les montagnes plus vers l'intérieur des terres, par exemple vers le monastère Sant Pere de Rodes. La dame qui s'occupe de la villa et reçoit les vacanciers est très consciencieuse et serviable.
