About this property

Cà Storta is a romantic natural stone house of about 50 square meters. Purchased in 2000, it has been renovated using the original materials of the place, maintaining the traditional style with a touch of originality. It is located in the village of Naro, at 700m. high and 15 minutes by car from the lake and the village of Gravedona. The village is surrounded by chestnut woods and offers a spectacular view of Lake Como (10 meters from the house) and also offers a lot to lovers of trekking, mountain biking, free climbing, as well as being also close to the lake. The house, in the center of the village, is built on 3 levels. First floor: main entrance, simple but equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and dining table, exit to the furnished terrace with table, chairs, deckchair and umbrella, bathroom with newly renovated shower (2020)
Mezzanine: main double bedroom (low height)
Ground floor: bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower (available only from June to September, it is not suitable for small children because it has a separate entrance), outdoor patio with a very cool sofa during the summer.
By choice we do not have a TV, however WI FI is available
Pets welcome with a small supplement of € 30.00 per stay
Parking always available at 200m. from the house (short walk)

Entspannung pur

Wir hatten wunderbare 10 Tage in diesem kleinen Dorf am Berg oberhalb des Comer Sees! Maura war sehr nett und hat uns vorab über die Anreise informiert. Im Häuschen fehlt es an nichts! Sie hat beim Einrichten an wirklich alles gedacht. Der kleine Ofen hat uns mit seiner Wärme die kühlen Abend- und Morgenstunden gemütlich gemacht. Zu Fuß haben wir die Wanderwege am Berg erkundet und die kleinen Orte in der Nachbarschaft. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell unten am See und kann „La dolce Vita“ genießen. Einziges Manko: der leider sehr schwer zu befahrene Stellplatz, nichts für größere Autos. Wir haben unseres dann ca. 200 Meter entfernt am Orteingang geparkt.

Perfekte Entspannung

Wenn man einen Ruhigen und Entspannen Ort sucht ist man hier genau richtig. Dieser Haus ist einfach Wunderbar mit viel Liebe zum Detail ist hier alles Perfekt. Die Maura ist eine sehr liebe Vermieterin die einem gerne Hilft und für einen da ist. Wir werden 2023 wieder kommen um noch mehr die Region zu entdecken

Gemütlich und sehr entspannend

Ein gemütliches Häuschen mitten im Dorf mit toller Ausstattung und netten Detaills. Wenn man zu viert ist sollte man sich gut kennen da das urige Steinhäuschen doch etwas hellhörig ist. Lucia & Camilla
