Extensive Bright and Airy Open Plan living Space, opening out onto wooden patio area with, bar and barbecue facilities. Utility with washing facilities and large american fridge . Large master bedroom suite upstairs with private luxurious bath and separate toilet.
On the ground floor ,large disabled access shower room.Two double bedrooms and one small twin. Double sofa bed also available in living area .
One of the Seven beaches in Lancieux is only 15 minute walk. Lancieux and the local amenities, is only a 25 minute walk from the property

Great house in a beautiful area

The house is great and spacious, everything you need is present. The reception was very good and friendly, and the drinks and cookies were great! The area is absolutely wonderful with lots to do. We had a lovely time!

We had a perfect holiday in this beautiful house. The area is great and the house is near to the beach. The house was very clean and there was everything you need for a perfect holiday. Special thanks to Keith and Simone for the warm welcome! We would be very happy to return next year :-)

Summer 2024

Whereas the Communication with the agency / FeWo Website did not work as it should be, the contact to Keith (owner) and Caroline (local host) was always perfect. The House was excellent and so was the the Location. Perfect beaches reachable at least by car and the local beach by foot. In the summertime docs are not allowed , but somehow accepted in they behave well…. Many thanks , love to come again.

Would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this rental for a week. The house was very clean on our arrival and well stocked. Caroline, the host, was so responsive and her location right next door meant that when there was a problem she could be there within minutes. The kitchen was well equipped. The internet worked great throughout the house without interruption (just don’t expect to do anything too demanding as zoom video calls maxed the 5mbps bandwidth). The location was great—a few minutes drive to a great beach, butcher, and boulangerie, and a larger supermarket was only a few minutes further. Our children loved it and we would love to return someday!

Wir fanden ein wunderschönes Haus vor. Alles ist sehr ordentlich, sauber und komfortabel. Sehr freundliche Vermieter ,bzw sympathische Vertretung unseres Vermieters ,die im Nachbarhaus wohnt und die wir jederzeit hätten ansprechen können,wenn ein Problem aufgetreten wäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La maison est splendide et très fonctionnelle! Nous n'avons manqué de rien et avons passé un excellent séjour avec notre bébé et notre chien, ainsi qu'un couple d'ami et leurs deux enfants. A refaire sans hésiter ! Le village de Lancieux est accessible facilement et offre toutes les commodités (boulangerie, boucherie, poissonnerie, fromagerie ainsi que pharmacie et le marché le mardi matin). La plage est très jolie aussi. Bref merci beaucoup !!!

Magnifique côte d'émeraude!

Très bon séjour dans une maison récente située dans un endroit calme, relativement proche du centre du village, des commerces et des plages. Elle dispose d'un agréable et grand espace à vivre et d'un bon niveau de confort. Très bon accueil de la part de Caroline (voisine efficace et discrète) et petites spécialités locales bien appréciées à l'arrivée. De plus, la région est magnifique et les activités sont nombreuses et variées.

Endroit charmant
