Spacious villa for 6-8 people with private swimming pool in Santiago de la Ribera.
Equipped with every luxury and comfort and 900 m from the beaches of the Mar Menor, the largest saltwater lagoon in Europe. The water is on average 5 degrees warmer than the sea, ideal for children.
Completely south facing and located in a quiet residential area with a leisure park with children's playground, fitness equipment, basketball court and mini football at 200m.
In the villa there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own dressing room and its own bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
On the ground floor: spacious living room with IPTV and WiFi, open kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave, storage room with washing machine, master bedroom with double bed and separately a guest toilet.
On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed,
1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Through these bedrooms you can go to the extra large solarium on the same floor.
In the garden you will find the swimming pool with outdoor shower, terrace with 4 sun beds, garden table with chairs, large sun canopy and private parking for the car.
The villa is fully fenced so complete privacy guaranteed.

The heated swimming pool was the best thing for the kids during the whole vacation.The villa fulfilled all the things promised in the contract and description.

Villa Olivia Santiago de Ribera

This Villa was a beautiful Villa spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with quality appliances Our only problem was the Builders working adjacent to villa!!!! All day Monday to Friday Whirring of mixer clanging of pipes and hammering. This spoilt our time being woken at 8am and spending time In the lovely pool. The outdoor tiles got covered in brick dust so we had to mop daily This was all such a shame as had this not been the case we could have enjoyed more family time outside Very disappointed VRBO would offer this for rent when building work next door. I have not had any response from my emails to owners or VRBO I am taking this further
