Super accommodation with everything you need! Location is good and you can walk everywhere! Luca is also very helpful and always quick to respond! Highly recommend this property to everyone, we had a great stay!
My stay in San Lorenzo was excellent! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-located. Luca was an excellent host and everything went very smoothly. There are good grocery options nearby, and many of Rome’s best attractions are within reasonable walking distance. The apartment is on the first floor so it stayed fairly cool despite the lack of AC. I would certainly come back!
Luca's apartment is super well located in San Lorenzo, a very dynamic and chill district (and still quiet). We had a lovely stay with everything made easy by Luca for us. Thanks again !
Sorry you were disappointed about the location, that most of the host prefer for not being touristic at sl. However the property is listed with full information about the neighborhood. Little bit surprised for not mentioning having an early check-in free of charge and a prompt and quick assistance via text and telephone about a lot of questions and for finding and reserving a taxi when your reservation failed.
We had an absolutely fantastic time at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Luca was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless.
Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay and would love to return in the future. Highly recommend, for anyone looking for a relaxing & adventurous getaway!
Luca's place is in a central neighborhood accesible to all the main spots in Rome. The apartment is clean and comfortable. He is super responsive and very attentive. Best of all, there are trattorias all over where most likely you'll be the only tourist and will enjoy autjenticitu.

Great amenities. Comfortable. Very responsive, helpful and friendly owner/manager. Didn’t like the staircase to the bedroom or the low ceiling but the price made up for that. Good bed.
Luca is a wonderful host. Even though the property is a bus ride away from the city center, it is a great little neighborhood. The kitchen in this unit is well stocked with good pans and utensils and we used the fan to help dry our clothes hanging on the racks each night. There is a cleaning lady who comes once a week and she is very nice.

Nice time in Rome
Big thanks to Luca and Claudia for such a nice stay!
The apartment has absolutely everything you would need and in working order, Italian theme in decoration is a real bonus!
In case you decide to go local - it's just few steps to inexpensive restaurants and grocery.
I would recommend the apartment to stay and trust me - you'll be very impressed with exceptional communication with Luca - timely, friendly and very reliable.
Many thanks and all the best!

My six day stay in San Lorenzo was great. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped, clean and in an ideal location. San Lorenzo is a lively section of Rome where university students and Roman families live and socialize. Close to public transportation and amazing restaurants. The only thing I would change about the property is get AC. With summers getting hotter this is becoming a necessity, but in late Sept I found the fans to be fine. I recommend this property as a great option away from the crowd of tourists.

Thank you for appreciating my place. Hope to host you again in the future
Nicely Italian themed apartment (Lots of red, white and green touches) with character. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Luca supplied basics such as soap, shampoo, coffee capsules, sugar, some herbs, salt and pepper etc Short walk to Termini and public transport. Small supermarkets nearby as well as restaurants etc. Quiet street, area a little overdone with graffiti but it's similar to other near-train station areas) ...watch your head in the upstairs bedroom as it's a low ceiling and very steep staircase but we coped ok. Also, if arriving late, watch opening the door as there are two steps leading down into the apartment and you can stumble. It's dark! Luca was a lovely host. Always helpful!

The apartment was clean and well equipped. Luca was very helpful and responsive. However the train station is a good 20 to 25 minute walk and the main attractions are at least a 30 to 45 minute walk from the apartment. The area looks a little rough with all the graffiti but was safe.

I've been traveling for extended stays for 16 years now. I can honestly say that there was not one instance that I didn't find whatever I needed in the apartment. The only problem I have with the location and only 4 stars is the graffiti. It's the one thing that I cannot abide as it makes a potentially attractive neighborhood look like a slum and there appears nothing can or will be done about it. That criticism doesn't extend to the inside of the building. The unit needs a few things that need to be updated and the owner, Luca told me that would be done this Fall. The biggest deficiency in the unit is the kitchen which has everything a good kitchen is supposed to have, except space. There is really no adequate food preparation area. It wasn't a problem for me as I'm the only person there. But for a family or even a couple who like to cook, it would be difficult
A word about Luca. He is the owner and manager of the apartment. In his day job, he is a dentist. He is very solicitous and does his very best to make one's stay as comfortable as possible. He knows where to send you for whatever your needs are and he is available almost instantly whenever you call his cellphone number. An attentive manager really makes or breaks the success of a visitor's stay and Luca is unrivaled in that respect.
