Great spot

It was a great place to stay. We loved the terrace and the location to the terminal. The neighbors were great as well. The check-in process was tough because of the walk to the location of the key. Finding the flat was kind of hard, but that could be due to it being my first time in Italy. A picture of the front doors could be convenient for finding the place. Other than that I loved the place and would stay there again.

Comfortable stay, great location.

Apartment is comfortable and the location is great. Air conditioning and wi-fi work well. I think the host could provide more instructions on the appliances. The stove has to be lit with matches, that is after you find the gas valve behind it and turn it on. The windows have no curtains, so sunlight is bright from dawn till dusk and the bathroom is ridiculously small. It's 4 feet wide with a toilet and a shower side by side, very tight!

Schöne Fewo in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof mit den vielen Haltestellen war super. Kann man nur empfehlen. Wohnung gut eingerichtet und relativ ruhig im 7. Stock - ganz oben. Da es überall Essen in Rom gab, sind wir nicht zum Kochen gekommen. Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Schöne Dachterrasse- Bei Fragen kam von Klaus schnell eine Antwort.

2 Wochen Rom.....

....sind lange nicht ausreichend, Wir haben diesen wunderbaren Rückzugsort nach den erfüllten Tagen genießen können. Der Blick über die Dächer ist umwerfend und gleichzeitig beruhigend, abseits vom großstädtigem Getriebe. Der umfassende Buchbestand zu dieser kaum fassbaren Stadt hat uns zusätzlich inspiriert und aufgeklärt. Die vielseitig ausgestattete Küche ,wo man das vom benachbarten Markt Eingekaufte zubereiten kann ist ebenfalls wunderbar . Insgesamt haben wir uns in diesem stimmungsvollen Ambiente mehr als wohl gefühlt.

The apartment was awesome! Really liked how close it was to the train station, made it easier for us to travel around the city. Like other reviews, I agree that the shower was too small. However, since it’ll be renovated, I have no complaints :)

A great terrace

The best thing of this apartment is its great terrace, and the location. You can walk from here to many places. We felt confortable. Few things that could be this apartment perfect: a bigger bed and a bigger shower, and perhaps an umbrella in the terrace. Klaus was always there and helping to solve any problem.

😊Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und das Check In war topp sowie Lage der Wohnung und die Größe Dr Wohnung. 🙁Die Dusche ist sehr klein und der Eingang sehr schmal. Für Personen über 90 kg nicht geeignet.
