This rental house in Calvià offers its guests three spacious rooms with 2 single beds and a 32-inch flat-screen TV in each, 3 bathrooms (two en-suite with showers and the third with a bathtub), a cosy living room with a 65-inch flat-screen TV and various board games, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table. From the rooms on the first floor, you can enjoy panoramic views over the town and mountains, and from the living room and dining room, views of the town's rooftops and the towers of its beautiful church.



The highlight of this holiday home in Mallorca is its SPA area with a shower, a gym, a 10 m2 jacuzzi with water jets and bubbles, a Finnish sauna and massage chair with 16 pre-programmed massages and the option to choose the desired body massage area. In this area, you will surely spend a lot of time playing, relaxing and will be able to forget about your daily routine. And for those who wish to complete the relaxation, there is the possibility of inviting a certified physiotherapist who lives nearby (contact a few days in advance).

Inside the gym, hidden behind a mirror wall, there is a service/pantry area with a washing machine, dryer, sink and utilities for cleaning the house.

In addition, there is a covered garage for a small car and an open parking space for large vehicles.



The chalet has everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning system, TV via Wi-Fi with over 100 channels, fibre Wi-Fi connection, complete kitchen appliances and kitchenware, osmosis water that even supplies the fridge with options for crushed ice, cubes or cold water, bedding and towels, etc.
