The apartment is located on the 8th floor and offers impressive panoramic views over the harbor, the bay of Altea, El Albir and the Sierra Helada. Close to the beach, communal swimming pool, a short walk from the beach, walking distance to shops and a small supermarket and 1 km from Supermercado Masymas.
The apartment consists of 75m2 divided into 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate kitchen and living room. The master bedroom and living room give access to a fantastic south-facing terrace. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (hot / cold) and a parking space in the garage of the building can be rented (highly recommended in high season). The building has a swimming pool ( CLOSED until mid-April due to painting and beautification works on the swimming pool area ! ) and 1 panoramic lift.
Super cozy outdoor terrace with an amazing view over the harbor and the Mediterranean sea with a lounge and dining area.
The sunny terrace also has Somfy sunscreens 1 to use to shade the other more to use in the winter period (with an extra XL window which provides an extra extension of the living room ideal for the winter! )

Departamento bien ubicado con vista a la Marina Greenwich

Pasamos dos semanas muy agradables, el departamento tiene una vista muy linda, está ubicado cerca de un supermercado y la playa a 2 mns, está muy bien decorado, cuenta con camas comodas y cocina equipada. El.estacionamiento que está a disposición por 10 euros diaros es muy cómodo ya que no es facil encontrar lugar en temporada alta. La propietaria Sabine siempre fue muy amable y respondió rápidamente a nuestros mensajes. El Check-in y Check-out con Nicolette fue muy rapidoy amigable. Recomendamos ampliamente este departamento.

Vistas espectaculares

El apartamento ha sido una maravilla, completamente reformado y renovado con gran gusto y estilo. Con vistas maravillosas al puerto deportivo. Los colchones de las camas eran un poco duros para el descanso. Tuvimos muy buen comunicación con los propietarios aunque nos llevamos un disgusto porque no pudimos hacer uso de la piscina del edificio. Tener en cuenta que lleva gastos extras por situación de Covid-19, y el precio se incrementa bastante.
