About 350 meters from the splendid beach, and 800 from the central Via Savoia. Two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom, wooden veranda furnished with table and chairs, barbecue, courtyard, private road, parking space, TV, air conditioning, fan coil system, washing machine, hairdryer, outdoor shower with hot water. Possibility of bike rental.

The villa can accommodate 1 to 6 people

We are animal friends, but to ensure maximum hygiene, we prefer not to host them to our guests.

The accommodation will normally be available from 12:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Any needs will be agreed.

The price includes in addition to the living room, electricity, water, gas.

Great home at a great location

Wonderful place, 200m from the beach, spectacular view of Monte Monaco; good beds, well equipped kitchen, helpful landlord, we loved it and will go there again :-)

Gemütliches Häuschen im Strandnähe

Wir waren sehr überrascht vom schönen Ausblick und Ruhe des Häuschens. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch die gute Küchenausstattung haben wir meistens gekocht, oder gegrillt und auf der schönen Terrasse gegessen. Auch die Außendusche war ein Highlight. All in all ein super Aufenthalt

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in San Vito lo Capo

Exzellent! Sehr gute Kommunikation, saubere und bestens ausgestattete Unterkunft, an bester Lage. Es kann geheizt, wie auch gekühlt werden. Parkieren direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr bemüht und scheit keinen Aufwand, um den Aufenthalt perfekt zu gestalten, vielen herzlichen Dank! Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen!

Perfektes Ferienhäuschen

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für schöne Ferien brauchten. Insbesondere die gute Ausrüstung der Küche hat uns animiert, nebst den Besuchen der guten Restaurants im Ort auch mehrmals selber zu kochen. Der Holzkohlen-Grill neben dem Haus war eine besondere Attraktion. Auch die zustätzliche Aussendusche hat uns sehr gefallen, nach Heimkehr vom Strand konnten wir uns dort von Sand befreien und brachten ihn nicht ins Haus. Zu Fuss in 10 Minuten am Strand und in 15 Minuten mitten im Städtchen war sehr komfortabel - und der Weg war die Mühe wert. Das Häuschen selber weg von allem Trubel - sehr angenehme Nachtruhe. Und die Klimaanlage hat an heissen Tagen geholfen, in der Nacht kühl zu schlafen. Wenn wir wieder nach San Vito lo Capo kommen, dann gerne wieder hierher.

Tranquillità e comfort

La casa si è dimostrata all’altezza delle aspettative e, soprattutto, immersa nella natura tipica di Sicilia. La vista era aperta sia verso il mare (dalla terrazza) sia verso l’entro terra dominato dal monte Monaco. La villetta è molto ben attrezzata e accogliente, con uno spazio all’aperto davvero grande; noi ci siamo anche goduti le brevi passeggiate per arrivare alla spiaggia o al paese. Wundervoll!

Der Doppelbungalow hat wirklich alles was man braucht - eine große überdachte Terrasse, Liegestühle, bequeme Holzsessel, großer Tisch. Handtücher und Strandtücher in großer Anzahl vorhanden. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet . Der Bungalow ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Für uns war die Aussendusche der Hit. Zum Strand geht man ca. 5 min. , zur Hauptstraße des Ortes ca. 15 min. Der Bungalow liegt am Ende einer privaten Straße und es ist dementsprechend ruhig. Von der Terrasse hat mein einen gigantischen Blick auf den großen Berg. Wir können Vitos Bungalow wärmstens empfehlen!!! Danke für die Gastfreundschaft

Très bon séjour à deux pas de la mer

La maison est idéalement située au fond d’une voie privée: très calme et belle vue sur une montagne qui surplombe la mer. L’accès à la plage de sable ne prend pas plus de 5 minutes à pied. Propriétaire précis et sympa, cuisine très bien équipée: tout était très propre. Un vrai bonheur la douche extérieur quand on remonte de la plage.

Superbe villa conçue pour personnes handicapées avec douche extérieure, idéale quand on rentre de la plage. Plage à 5 minutes à pieds, paradisiaque, avec un service pour personnes handicapées (zéro barrière). Bref la meilleure location de San Vito Lo Capo.
