A pearl by the sea !

Cozy summer cottage by the sea for rent ten kilometers north of Borgholm at Kalmarsund. Quiet and child friendly location. Perfect place to wind down and disconnect. 150 meters to the sea and fantastic sea views with wonderful sunsets. Kitchen, bedroom, living room with fireplace & TV, combustion toilet inside as well as an hot water outdoor shower booth. Fence or hedge around the plot on a 750 square meter lawn and a iron gate to the village street. In the tool shed there are div. utensils such as barbecues and loungers which may be used if required.

Built 1964 and took it over from my father and his second wife 1995 .

The surrounding nature and the peace fullness. But still close to everything on the island and the magic sunsets.
