We had such a lovely stay

We had such a lovely stay. Loved the size and the privacy the home gave us. The garden and pool was especially lovely. We had a slight issue with some wasps nesting in the grass … we live in the country in Britain so understand how difficult they can be to eradicate. As soon as I contacted the team they acted immediately which was really impressive. Thank you x

Die Unterkunft war ihr Geld auf alle Fälle wert. Sofern man das gute Wetter auf der Insel genießen will, einen schönen Außenbereich möchte und eine gut ausgestattete Küche möchte, ist man hier sehr gut beraten. Das große Bad hat leider nach Abfluss gerochen, aber nach ausgiebigem Lüften wurde es besser. Eins der drei Schlafzimmer hat das einzige Fenster in eine dunkle Garage in der nachts Licht her leuchtet hat, man aber keinen Zutritt zu ihr hatte. Etwas gruselig, aber am Ende auch nicht schlimm. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit sehr privater Lage.

Casa stupenda e in un posto molto tranquillo dove ci si può riposarsi e trovare un po’ di pace, con una bella vista sulle montagne quando tramonta il sole, all’interno molto spaziosa e fornita di tutto l’indispensabile e con un supermercato affianco per poter far la spesa è una fermata del pullman per spostarsi velocemente, altamente consigliata.

Estábamos con 6 personas en el alojamiento. Tuvimos nuestra tranquilidad, ya que la propiedad a su alrededor tiene un muro. La piscina estaba limpia, la zona al aire libre te invita a quedarte con asientos, tumbonas y barbacoa. El interior de la casa tiene buenas instalaciones y tiene todo lo necesario.

Als Ausgangspunkt für Rundreisen geeignet

Buchung und checkin okay, Dialog freundlich, sachlich,schnell. Auffindbarkeit des Objekts problemlos. Checkin problemlos, der elektrische Türöffner funktiert, nahe rangehen, Knöpfe ausprobieren, dann funktioniert es. Aussenfläche und Pool alles sauber und gepflegt, kein Problem.Handtücher, Betten,Schlafzimmer, kein Problem alles okay. Klimananlagen funktionieren.Heißwasser zum Duschen kein Problem. Küche und Geschirr sehr sauber, zweckmäßig ausgestattet, das Ceranfeld ist zuweilen beim Kochen eine Herausforderung. Sehr guter und gut kühlender Kühlschrank mit Frosterfach. Vorschlag: Ankunft (so kenne ich das auch Griechenland und auch Portugal): 1 Flasche Wasser und ein kleines Körbchen welcome (Öl, Raki, etwas Brot oder was auch behilflich sein kann, wenn Gäste spät abends anreisen, das lässt sich in der Gesamtkalkulation berücksichtigen). Wenn das Objekt längere Zeit nicht mehr bewohnt war: Vorher gut durchlüften muffiger unguter Geruch beim Betreten. Im Bereich des großen Badezimmers wiederholte unangenehme Geruchsentwicklung aus den Abflüssen. Kaffeemaschine: War erst nach Einsatz einer ganzen Flasche Essig zum entkalken wieder voll funktionsfähig. Ist nicht wirklich Aufgabe der Gäste. Insgesamt ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis an der Grenze. Interne Audits wären hilfreich. Externe Personen sollten sich vor Betreten anmelden.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Unterkunft. Das Geschirr war leider sehr dreckig und musste vor Benutzung noch einmal gewaschen werden. Sonst war alles sauber und so wie beschrieben. Preis-Leistung ist vollkommen ok. Nebenan wird ein Hund in einem abgesperrten Bereich gehalten, den leider in der gesamten Woche niemand besucht hat. Das ist etwas schade.

Schöne Villa, mit einigen Mankos

Der Aufenthalt war alles in Allem sehr schön. Die Villa ist schön, mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Leider ist die Gegend Sa Pobla nicht sehr schön und einladend. Der Lidl ist direkt um die Ecke, das war großartig. Aber ansonsten war da nichts. Es kam vor Ort keine wirkliche Urlaubsstimmung auf. Wir sind entweder in der Villa geblieben oder mit dem Auto zu den wirklich schönen Örtchen gefahren. Abends flanieren kann man vergessen. Was ich sehr nervig fand, war der Hund direkt an der Villa getrennt von einem Zaun, der nachts wirklich viel gebellt hat. Klimaanlage gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer. Das finde ich im Hochsommer schon recht schwierig. Ich würde nicht nochmal diese Villa buchen. Nicht wegen der Villa an sich, sondern wegen dem Drumherum .

Viel Platz für die ganze Familie

[+] Die Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig mit viel Ausstattung und Platz für 6 Erwachsene plus Kinder. Der Pool war sehr sauber und es gab auch Handtücher für draußen, sowie Badespielzeug. Die Klimaanlagen im WZ und dem 1 SZ haben super funktioniert und auch etwas in die restlichen Zimmer abgestrahlt. In der Küche ist eigentlich alles vorhanden und es gab auch die meisten Zutaten wie Salz, Zucker, Öl und Kaffee. Wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft mit 2 Minuten zu Fuß von Lidl entfernt. [-] Dass man den Müll alleine entsorgen muss und es keine Mülltonnen vor Ort gibt. Dass jemand einfach rein kam um den Rasen zu mähen ohne vorher anzurufen. Man bekommt den Schlüssel über einen Safe und ist komplett alleine, da ist es schon etwas befremdlich, wenn auf einmal jemand vor einen steht. Hinter 2 Zäunen, aber innerhalb der Mauer die das Grundstück umgibt, gibt es einen Schäferhund der ab und zu anschlägt. Das wurde uns leider auch nicht mitgeteilt.

Ruhe, sauber, super Service.

Das etwas außerhalb gelegene Haus ist genau wie abgebildet. Dadurch dass es nicht direkt im Ort liegt hat man seine Ruhe und stört auch niemanden. Man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl, alles sauber und die defekte Waschmaschine wurde noch am gleiche Tag ausgetauscht - super Sevice!!! Wir waren 5 Erwachsene, das Haus ist auf jeden Fall auch für Familien sehr gut geeignet.

Casa fantástica para el verano, que es cuando se puede aprovechar la piscina, barbacoa, etc. Zona muy tranquila, estancias muy amplias. Comunicación atenta y seria. Obligatorio alquilar coche para moverte por la isla; desde Sa Pobla las distancias pueden ser grandes. Pasamos algo de frío por las noches por la humedad y porque era Semana Santa pero había radiadores para remediarlo. Buena casa y a un precio excelente.

Wer allerdings einen Garten mit Aussicht erwartet wird sich von den rundum laufenden Mauern etwas eingesperrt fühlen. Anderseits ist es dadurch auch sehr ruhig . Das Zentrum von Sa Pobla mit netten Restaurants und wenigen Touristen ist auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war gut und ließ nichts vermissen, die Küche bot alles was man zum Kochen und grillen braucht.

Sehr schöne Finca die ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen bietet. Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar. Es kam regelmäßig jemand vorbei, der den Pool gereinigt hat. Abzüge gibt es, da der Service eher dürftig ist. Als eine Toilette verstopft war. Kam erst am Abreisetag jemand vorbei, sodass für uns die Erholung leider frühzeitig beendet wurde. Ein Schlafzimmer ist ohne Fenster und ohne Klimaanlage, was es schwer macht dieses kühl zu halten oder zu lüften. Außerdem gibt es in dem 2. Badezimmer kein warmes Wasser. Sa Pobla ist ein nettes kleines Örtchen. Wir waren froh, dass wir Mietwagen hatten, sodass wir alles schnell erreichen konnten.

Fabulous villa

“Fabulous villa in the outskirts of the small town Sa Pobla, comfy beds and plenty of space to relax. The pool was freezing but to be expected for the time of year. Very private space but really close to the local lidl and toy shop. Lovely touches from the hosts with a few beers and water in the fridge and the personal delivery of some chocolate cake after our arrival when John popped by to fix a light. Football for our son to play with in the garden and even some toys for the beach. Excellent space for a family holiday. Also Sa Pobla has a fabulous restaurant with tasting menu which is worth checking out, Marr Nostrum Rest.”
