Antico Cassaro holiday home in the heart of Palermo

Beautiful apartment, in the "real" historical center of Palermo, on Via Vittorio Emanule. The house is located in a noble palace of the eighteenth century and enjoys all the comforts. Just 5 minutes walk from all the most beautiful monuments of the city (the Cathedral, Martorana, the Quattro Canti, Piazza Pretoria etc ...). Perfect for a cultural holiday, but also to immerse yourself in the unbridled nightlife of Palermo, always maintaining the right tranquility that a holiday requires.
The house is perfect for two couples, but it can accommodate up to 6 people, it is composed of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds (if necessary it can be transformed into a double), children are welcome and it is also available a cot on request. The house also has a balcony where you can have suggestive breakfasts. Kitchen furnished and equipped with everything necessary, large living room with comfortable sofa bed and 50 "TV. Wi-fi throughout the house. Third floor in an 18th century noble palace does not have a lift but a convenient storage room on the ground floor for storing children's strollers.

Perfect location and great hospitality!

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay here. We walked everywhere we wanted to see and do in Palermo. Very lively street with lots of good and interesting places to eat very close. Antonio and Elena assisted us with transfers to/from the airport and in recommmending/reserving New year's eve plans. Wonderful hosts!

This is a superb stay in the heart of Palermo! Anthony and Elena are fantastic! The property is in the heart of the old city, close to Quatro Canti, within walking distance to everything, with numerous restaurants, and historical sites within strolling distance. Very noisy

If you like the music until 2 am. This place is for you. Don't leave your luggage there after the check out time even if they offer it or you you will find them in the corridor with your passports and money.

Good morning, the house is in the historic center and Palermo is festive, so is it the host's fault? The bags were abandoned in the structure, you never answered the phone and returned to collect them at 15.00 !!!! .the other guests arriving could not enter the house due to your rudeness, you also damaged the apartment, I will make a complaint. Perfect location in Palermo

Our stay started out by being welcomed to the property by Antonio - what a gracious host! He made sure we had everything we needed (including a complimentary bottle of water) and he gave us his recommendations for dining and gelato. Thank goodness he was there, I had forgotten there wasn’t an elevator and he generously helped us carry luggage up the stairs. We were within walking distance to the Capo Mercado, Teatro Maximo, Palestine Chapel, Palermo Cathedral and Quattro Canti - plus all the dining options you could want! I’ve seen others comment on the noise, it wasn’t any noisier than our hotel in Rome, we weren’t bothered by it. Pack smart: whatever you bring, you have to carry up 3 flights. We would stay here again! Thanks, Antonio, for your hospitality!

Schöne Wohnung aber furchtbar laut

Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet, und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Der Gastgeber hat uns die Fahrt vom Flughafen über sehr freundlich Informationen gegeben. Insgesamt haben wir uns die Wohnung nach der Annonce und den Fotos anders vorgestellt, auch größer. Der dröhnende Lärm von der open-air Disco nebenan geht bis 5:00 Uhr morgens, so dass es auch mit Wachs in den Ohren sehr schwer ist, zu schlafen.

Good morning Pascal, we are very sorry to read this review, but I try to answer all the points: the apartment is 80 m2, the photos, the spaces are real and it is among the largest apartments given that we are talking about the historic center and the Palazzo del 700, also there are 2 bedrooms plus living room and bathroom, there were 3 of you, were you tight? For the music outside, we are not responsible, if you choose to stay in the historic center you must take these possible "unscheduled" events into account, otherwise it is better to stay in the hills. We have soundproof windows and we also provide earplugs, I repeat noises and music are our responsibility.

Un piacevole weekend

Appartamento super pulito e ben accessoriato. La location è centralissima e consente di visitare a piedi la maggior parte delle chiese momumenti più famosi di Palermo. A 10 metri dell'appartamento si trova anche una panetteria/pasticceria eccellente e super comoda per rifornirsi di tutto per fare la colazione in casa. Antonio Host incredibile super attento ... Vi farà amare la sua città! Raccomandiamo in pieno 💖

Palermo zum Kennenlernen

Wir wurden wie verabredet am Parkplatz von Antonio in Empfang genommen. Er hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und uns Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz ist etwas schmal, aber das Auto ist sicher. Die Wohnung ist für Unternehmungen ideal gelegen, da sehr Zentral. Die Partymeile liegt direkt vor der Tür und geht bis in den Morgen.

Beau séjour et bel appartement !

L'appartement est tout simplement impeccable et au milieu de tout. ( restaurant, cathédrale, la mer, les monuments et les jardins) Tout est accessible a pied ou en bus. Nous avons mis 40 minutes en bus pour atteindre la plage de Mondello pour 2€80 par personne aller-retour. Si vous aimez faire la fête et les bonnes choses, il y a la Vucciria juste derrière l'appartement. A contrario, ils font la fête tous les jours jusque 2h du matin donc pas très reposant. Antonio et Elena sont à l'écoute et très serviable. Vous pouvez leur faire totalement confiance. Encore merci à vous.

Proprietario molto gentile e pronto a rispondere a ogni richiesta e informazione ,appartamento in centro comodissimo per visitare la città, molto bello pulito confortevole ,letti comodi, bottiglia di vino di benvenuto quindi super!!! l'unico neo è che nel weekend essendo in una via centrale è rumoroso di notte.
