Composed of living room with dining area, kitchen not pranzabile, bathroom with shower, triple bedroom with bunk bed and single bed, double bedroom with study area and internal bathroom with tub. Equipped with TV, wifi, air conditioning, dishwasher, parking spaces, Mediterranean scrub garden, swimming pool for exclusive use 7mt x 3mt under construction (ready on March 30, 2020).
The villa is about 600 meters from the small center of Sant'Ilario located on the slopes of Monte Capanne and reachable in 5 minutes on foot. The closest beach is Marina di Campo in sand, about 10 minutes away by car. Ideal solution for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday away from traffic and confusion in an oasis of true peace and tranquility.

Abbiamo appena terminato il soggiorno presso Villa La Quiete tutto molto bello, casa ampia, grande, con queste vetrate dalle quali entra luce tutto il giorno e l’immenso verde che c’è intorno, ideale per chi come noi ha animali, anche loro hanno apprezzato tutto questo giardino! La piscina molto bella da dove si può ammirare l’Isola . Alexandra molto brava, pulizie perfette e sempre disponibile a rispondere al telefono Se devo dire qualcosa è solo una critica costruttiva e… se il proprietario ne avesse voglia di cambiare il televisore e metterne uno appropriato secondo le dimensioni della casa e quello che c’è adesso sistemarlo nella camera dei tre letti sarebbe fantastico ! Perché a dire il vero è un po’ piccolo rispetto le dimensioni della sala ! A parte questo ci siamo trovati molto bene la consiglio !

Schönes Haus in den Bergen auf Elba - Komfort ausbaufähig!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 6 und 8) hatten das Haus für 10 Tage gebucht. Der Checkin und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verläuft problemlos. Auch während des Aufenthaltes fühlten wir uns gut aufgehoben, sofern Fragen bestanden. Das Haus ist in einen Felsen gebaut. Im Keller sieht man noch die Gesteinsmassen, auch Bilder im Haus bezeugen Vorheraufnahmen. Das ist schon ziemlich cool und ist mal was anderes. Der Poolbereich hat jetzt eine feste Überdachung (da wo auf den Bildern der Schirm steht), spendet halbwegs Schatten, macht aber auch Sinn, da es mitunter sehr windig war. Leider ist der Weg vom Haus zum Pool komplett rural belassen, kein gepflasterter Weg oder Rasen, sondern kleine Steine, Sand, Schotter (?? keine Ahnung) erschweren den Barfußgang zum Pool. Da könnte man noch einiges machen. Nun zum eigentlichen Problem, ja, es ist mitten in den Bergen und so gut es geht naturbelassen, ABER es sind Millionen (ohne Witz!) von Ameisen im, am, unterm, hinterm, neben ... ÜBERALL am Haus. Es sind überall kleine Ritzen im Haus (aus dem Kinderzimmer kann man durch diese z.T. rausgucken!), sodass die Ameisen überall reinkommen. Mit Kindern immer aufpassen, ob es etwas an essen runterfällt, ansonsten gibts ne Ameisenkolonne im Haus! Ist etwas lästig, die tun ja nichts, aber trotzdem. Wir hatten sie auch einmal in der Couch (warum auch immer!). Gerade auch unter dem Aspekt, dass man ziemlich viel Geld für die Reinigung bezahlt (ob das jetzt wg. Corona mehr ist, weiß ich nicht!). Im Keller gibt es noch eine Waschmaschine, was leider nicht in der Beschreibung steht. WLAN funktioniert, clever sind zwei Router, da das Haus sehr groß ist. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr ruhig gelegen, viel Platz für die Kinder, das Dörfchen ist süß mit einem Trinkwasserbrunnen, aus dem wir uns unser Wasser gezapft haben. Fahrt zum Haus ist nicht geteert, d.h. steinig und die Auffahrt bröckelt, also Vorsicht. Marina di Campo in ca. 10 min, erreichbar (dort sind dann auch Einkaufsläden und eine kleine Innenstadt zum Bummeln). Mülltrennung auf Elba OK (genau Anweisung im Haus), aber dass die Müllsäcke einfach an die Straße geschmissen werden und die Tiere sich nachts bedienen, ist wahrscheinlich nicht so gewollt. Wir mussten mehrere Male unseren Müll wieder einsammeln. An sich schöne Insel, schönes Haus, an Komfort noch ausbaufähig.

Even better than on the pictures

Very nice house in a natural setting with a very nice view. For us the house was perfect to visit the island for the first time. It's situated close to a calm mountain village and the nice beaches are just a few minutes away by car. The house is very calm and you have the whole garden and the pool area for yourself. We enjoyed the privacy of the house and would definitely recommend it.
